Underrated, incredible game! I forgot I was playing a game jam submission for a moment. The sword attack combined with the blaster feels fun, the upgrades are a great mechanic and they actually make a difference. The movement was smooth and I didn't run into any bugs. 5/5

Haha thank you, sometimes the best way to fight an addiction is to distract yourself with something else. Yeah, a dashing mechanic would be a good idea. The movement can get stale due to its simplicity. Thank you for the feedback!

I didn't expect this game to be so fun. Super interesting idea that takes a lot of creativity for it to work. I love the simple, effective art and the nap points upgrade mechanic. Oddly relaxing game to play before bed. Very good!

Interesting way to incorporate the theme. The music goes hard and the gameplay is steady like the beat. I think it would be cool if there was a powerup that could zap an entire row or column of lines. Well done!

Wow, this is definitely my top 1 for this jam. Amazing level design, mechanics, art, and music. Everything fits nicely. I did not expect that epic boss fight. Filling up the power bar makes you feel POWERFUL. You guys cooked with this one.

I like the vibe of this game. I think it would be cool if the player's dash were less "stiff" by being able to change directions mid-flight. It would be a contrast to the boss, who should be less agile than the player. After all, in order to attain power, some things must be sacrificed. Well, imma stop yapping. Nicely done, good game!

There's a lot of personality to this game, and I found it unique and suits the theme well. Steroids/drugs are an easy way out to get stronger, but the side effects outweigh the benefits IMO. I place this in my top five for this jam, my standards are weird lol.  But I'm a sucker for characters who feel real and have personalities like coach and Mikey. Anyway, nice game, take care.

It was satisfying when I grouped all the enemies together and fired me laser at them. I love doing that in video games. The movement felt responsive and the sprites are pleasing to look at. It would be nice if the melee attack could be buffed more, maybe charge a tiny bit of laser each hit, idk. Overall, very nice game!

Nice game, it reminds me of hill climb racing. I like the art and the upgrades, but I don't like inconsistent collisions as someone else mentioned earlier. It's a real show-stopper when you bump into a platform and lose all your speed while in power mode, ya know? Also, I think having certain crates drop powerups like magnets to collect the green guys would be cool as well. Other than that, it's nice. Well done! 

Movement felt responsive, building up the combo and unleashing it was satisfying. I liked the combination of 3d and 2d aspects. Who was in Paris again?

I liked the charging up fist mechanic, but I don't like only being able to attack sideways, idk maybe I just suck. But the music and art is great, this is really good!
