ty for the cute message and congrats to the great placement!

Really stunning game you did there :D

I love the idea, and honestly some of the sprites you did are just insane for one week, big props!

Would love to hear your opinion on our game Meathook Massacre :) Cheers

Wow this is insanely georgeus, love the visuals. Sadly I had a lot of bugs in the webbuild but i think thats just casual webbuild things.

Great job, would love to hear your opinion about our game Meathook Massacre :)

Really fun game, Ill say the same stuff that our game hears, that an introduction into it wouldve been nice. Still great job!

Checkout Meathook Massacre too, Id love to hear from you :)

Really cute and fun game, generally enjoy the theme and made a good use of it, great job!

Checkout Meathook Massacre too, Id love to hear from you :)

Fun little game, with a good touch on the topic, wouldve loved to see some of your own style cuz i really liked it.

On that note, check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Just like our game a tutorial wouldve been nice or some tooltips to guide players. Took me a bit how to interact properly, but nonetheless fun.

On that note, check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Fun interpretation on the topic with fitting visuals, love it. Personally I like harder games and this one suits it perfectly.

On that note, check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Fun little game, I think you could even go further with the movement because the jump feels really satisfying. Rewarding this would create a really interesting game.

On that note, check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Such a cute little game, lets you dive into a cozy environment and forget about yourself for a bit

Really enjoyed playing this game. Big fan of the visuals combined with the sfx, great job!

Check out Meathook Massacre in the meantime :)

Really love the interpretation of the topic combined with the whole vibe of the game, makes this such a nice experience. Great job :D

check out Meathook Massacre in the meantime :)

Very fun little game, and I think some sounddesign would make this a really nice experience

Feel free to check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Nice little game, i think if you work on some snappier movement with more friction it has great potential.

Feel free to check out Meathook Massacre too :)

I really enjoyed the game, it was so fun i kinda lost myself for a bit in it ngl haha.

Some of the triggers of the football boxes and bins are a bit of, but that is just a little thing ive noticed.

Still great game, feel free to check out Meathook Massacre :)

Hope you enjoyed the gamejam, great work on the environment and worldbuilding there.

Imo you could rework the camera system a bit, which makes it hard to turn in the webbuild atm.

Feel free to check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Hope you enjoyed the gamejam,

Feel free to check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Hope you enjoyed the gamejam, the concept looks interesting eventho I couldnt play it.

Feel free to check out Meathook Massacre too :)

Big props to the worldbuilding, with a lot of props for this short amount of time, liked that.

There are multiple ways from creating your own songs in a daw like FL studio, to just recording you play something in audacity or combine multiple field recordings for an ambient soundtrack. Id say just go out and record anything that you find interesting and youll have an ambient sound rather quickly. If you really want to make your own music you should either get a hand into music theory basics or get a synthesiser of any kind. could be a digital one like vital or serum, or a physical one which you could combine with it like the akai mk3, which is a really decent and rather cheap one.

Hope i could give some new infos, cheers :)

Notify me if youve figured it out, id really like to play your game again. Feel free to check out ours too :)

Its suuuch a nice athmosphere i really love it! Kinda reminded me of monaco but in a side perspective. Great job!

Eventho there were some bugs here and there i still really enjoyed the game. Id love to see some more of your personal style in future projects but i fully get why you chose to stick to getting them. Still, great job!

Sadly my pc struggled during the game, but i actually really like the aesthetics. Its so odd in addtition to the post processes. Great job!

Game was really fun, enjoyed the whole atmosphere. Id love to have some more athmosphere to resemble that. Still, great job you did there!

I honestly am shook, and kinda cant believe that you made this game in what like 2 days? If you actually did this in  this time window youre absolutely amazing, great job!

(1 edit)

I was really sceptical at first when i saw this game, but i gotta say it feels so so good. The environment and the character design weirdly fit so great together. Id really love to see some of your own style instead of free assets, but i fully get why you chose that option in this short time window.Great job!

I fully get that, i really admire your work you did in this time and id really would love to hear some of your feedback for our game :)

Sadly the upload is not playable, feel free to update me if it is :) you can check out my submission in the meantime

Sadly the upload is not playable, but feel free to update me if it is and check out my game if you want to

I like the lighting and the visual design of this game, soome of the hitboxes were a bit harder to hit, like the button sequence but i still hat a lot of fun figuring out how to get the code.

Thank you for your feedback, feel free to rate our game :). Your suggestion could actually be an interesting addition to pick the day you want to replay.

Really liked the blocky style of the game, as a sounddesigner i wouldve obviously still loved to hear your own sounds but its probably the smartest decision to pick some already existing ones especially in this short time. Still good job

I guess you probably did this game for the experience of creating one in a gamejam environment? You probably took some good stuff out of it

I really liked the artstyle, it kinda reminded me of some lost memory childhood games

I really like the buff system you have, as a sounddesigner i obviously wouldve loved some handmade sounds but its understandable and timewise a better choice to get already existing one. Still a great job!

At first i was actually sad that the game had no audio but that first giggle i heard gave me the shivers. Still i think you could invest into some sounddesign and youll have a really nice experience game, great job.

The was really cute, i like the pokemon-esque style. I think the characters are a bit to all over the place, but it was actually really funny in that perspective. Great job, especially for this time window

The puzzles were really fun and the core element of the portal is such a cool effect. Idk if youre planing to continue with this game but it has some good gamedesign and deserves its polish in its visuals
