Haha if you watch the video you'll see I don't either 😂

I use Davinci Resolve (it's free). The learning curve is less steep than that of a game engine imo. I'm still learning new things, but you really only need the basics for glorified powerpoints such as my video. And there's a wealth of good tutorials on youtube.

Go for it!!!

good idea! looking forward to it

Hi! I wanted to share my recap of the jam here! Would love to see other folks' as well 😊

hi! you're in the thumbnail of our devlog. if you'd prefer not to be, please let me know and we can remove it!

"it's in this aisle" lmaooo that killed me

Super polished and great game feel. Really loving the artstyle especially!

-Hunter

Fun and really pretty visuals, just a little difficult to hit the enemies!

-Hunter

I really like this artstyle, reminds me of goldeneye!

-Hunter

thank you! and good point about the gun😅 -dustin

looks like you and your voice actors had a lot of fun with this! and i love me some time travel. i would suggest removing any extra assets from purchased asset packs to get the build size down, quite a hefty build. but very creative how you worked those assets and theme into the story.

thank you for your kind words☺i am very happy with the weapon kickback!!! means a lot! -dustin

thank you! and we appreciate the feedback!

-dustin

killed it! i'm excited for ya'll because i think the mechanics are solid and there's a lot of potential to expand and balance this into a complete game! well done!

-dustin

Super polished and fun. The fat bullets go hard

-Hunter

Was a little difficult for me , maybe just needs some more feedback from the enemies. Door animation is sick and I really like the art style!

dang man i thought our main menu was sick but ya'll might've outclassed us😅really solid work

-dustin

Really fun once I got the hang of it! Love the art style and sound design. Would maybe be more fun if you could jump through the bottoms of the platforms. Could really see it being expanded on post-jam with upgrades and rounds. Super strong concept!

-Hunter

Glad you enjoyed! and thanks for the feedback, it would definitely be nice to have some more interaction between the player and enemies!

-Hunter
