How does your game fit the theme?
Because of the randomness of the doors upon entry.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes

Super polished and fun game! The art and juice was perfect. The only feedback I'd have is that the parallax didn't need to be quite so aggressive. Amazing entry!
Great style and pinball mechanics. My main issue was lack of control, so the fights mostly felt like uncontrolled chaos. And I got into a reward room only to go straight through a door after picking up only 1 coin since I couldnt stop. With some refinement this would work great on mobile
Mechanics, asset and code wise this game seems to be heavily based on a previous game of yours (Jump Bald).
I have no doubt you put a lot effort into this game but this would explain the almost professional quality of the game.
I don't feel this is in the spirit of this game Jam to adapt previous games.
Thanks for the "almost professional quality" compliment.
Still, all assets are created from scratch for each Jam. @SwimmableBee912, who is the main developer, has a very high level of experience, which is why the high quality we achieved is surprising.
We appreciate the surprised and almost doubtful comments about our great quality, but we would love for you to focus on direct feedback from the game about its mechanics, bugs, improvements...

This game is really cool but I have a hard time believing it was made for this jam? It doesn't really fit the theme at all, and seems to be an idea you already had.
Hey, thank you very much!!
No, the game was made during the jam, and the idea wasn't even this originally haha
We thought of a game with random doors (the game mechanic revolves around the doors, with two having a chance of being the right one; you have to test your luck to see if you enter or not). But you were a ball that came out like Peggle, and since I was working with a ball, we thought it should be a pool.
Like any jam, these are ideas you want to pursue, but they morph based on the jam. We didn't like the doors idea, and it wasn't clear.
So, we plan to finish the game as a typical roguelike. Just today we uploaded a gif on the page of what we're working on.
And if you're worried about the time, it's not a game with a polished finish.
We're used to jams;
if you check my profile, you can see all my games.

a very solid entry to a jam, the game almost feels like a finished product only needing a bit of QoL changes and maybe audio, other then that its amazing.
8.5/10 :)
Very well made game. The game concept is really unique and fun! The game also sounds and looks amazing. With the UI and added juice the game is overall really well made! Im impressed, very good job!
Really cool idea! The gameplay is really fun, it flows nicely and catches you. This really feels like a well rounded game. The mechanic is simple but it allows for a lot of different tricks. Not knowing what you'll get in each door is really cool. The art style is really well achieved as well, it fits the game nicely. The music is a blast too!
