It's a very fun experience! Actually a unique game in comparison to other jam games.
Maybe a bit of difficulty adjustments could be good to be implemented into the game (for noobs like me xD)!
I really liked it :))
Great intro with voice actor. I can't play to the end, the jet-man kill me.
I think you should have signal when enemy take damage and optimize game ^^.
Hey! Yes Raven is quite hard of a boss :D She was supposed to actually be able to fly too haha
Thank you for the suggestion! Its a common suggestion I absolutely want to add in :D
Great game! it was very fun. One of the best I played in the jam so far!!. Amazing what you achieved in only one week! Thank you for making it!
What a compliment!
Thank you so much :D
this is a really good game, I like the story and the graphics are also ver unique. Very cool game
Thank you very much! :D
Must say, really impressive! The effort you put on the story and voice acting is so surprising, expecially for this being made in one week! Also The game itself is fun to play. Just one small issue, it once gave me a victory screen when I died. As for the rest, great job!
Ermm Victory upon death? hahah
no thats bug
Thank you so much for playing and reporting :D!
Fun game and very polished, for the hit sometimes it helps a little hit animation. It is a really good game!
Hey! Thanks for playing :D
By hit animation you mean them taking damage? :) Its a good idea!
Thank you
Not sure if this was intentional but the voice acting cracked me up a lot haha
I'm glad you liked it! The cast were fantastic :D
First of all I really liked the visuals (cutscene and all) I did like the story too. The voicelines were really nice. I loved the different voices you made. It clearly shows how much effort you put into the game.
On the other hand I felt like the shooting had no real feedback. It felt a bit unresponsive and I didnt know if I hit or missed at all. A lader beam, Hit marker or something like that would be great.
Overall a very solid game. Good job!
Thanks for the great feedback friend!
I'm still trying to conquer shooting! I think of games like Fallout and they don't use bullet trails or anything yet you know you hit. They have some secret sauce I'm trying to crack :D
too heavy! xD Unreal Engine! :)
I liked the intro :o
also like the features added to the game
Bugs found:
I recommend to have the ability to pause the game while in gameplay
also it's better to know the health of the enemy + having a bullet hit
other than that awesome!
Hey!
Thanks for the great feedback!
I actually added the health in version 1.1 but missed the deadline haha
The pause screen is a solid idea! Thanks :D
The production quality on the story, audio and cutscenes is really well done. I am impressed with how much you managed to achieve in a week. It's unfortunate that the file size ended up so big as I think it may have put people off playing this and it definitely deserves more plays than it currently has!
Thank you!
I wasn't aware people were against filesizes but I've had multiple comments. Absolutely looking to clear this up next time to the bare minimum!
Thank you for playing :D
It's amazing how much story and voice lines you've had written for the game! The file size is a bit big, but it's great to see an unreal game on a jam. Great Job!
Thank you for the very kind comment :D
looks like you and your voice actors had a lot of fun with this! and i love me some time travel. i would suggest removing any extra assets from purchased asset packs to get the build size down, quite a hefty build. but very creative how you worked those assets and theme into the story.
-dustin
Thank you for playing! :D
Yeah the build size was a bit big!
You did a really good job presenting the story with fairly good cinematics and voice acting. It would have been nice if the gameplay were a bit better with things like a visualization of the bullets and checkpoints for each fight or at least get some health back. Good luck with your future projects.
Thanks for playing! I love these ideas! :D
Ah, I wanted to play the game, but it's sadly windows only - :/
What platform do you use? :)
