I remember playing your game, the atmosphere was so spot on! It's super good!

We are really happy that you liked our game, hope you had fun playing it!

Thank you for playing, and for your kind words, we really appreciate it! <3

Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

We intentionally had to reduce ammo regeneration rate as the game is not supposed to go on forever, and with faster relaod there is a good chance that players would be bored before the run could finish.

It is a bit punishing, but makes you really care about those shots and not missing them! :D

Thank you, we hope you had fun playing our game <3

Thank you for the feedback and for playing!

Originally we intended to have a short tutorial/explanation scene but we decided we'd spend that time instead on fixing/testing the main gameplay and mechanics, but your point is very reasonable and true.

Have a nice one, cheers!

Thank you for playing our game!

Sorry to hear the issue, and thanks for pointing that out, hope you still enjoyed playing and had fun!

We had much fun recording the sound effects! And we had the feeling that it should add a lot to the game feel in general. There are some super goofy ones though which take a bit of the seriousness/edge of the game imo.

Thank you for the kind words, cheers!

We have used a shader to get some glowy-outlines on sprites for better visibility, but yeah other than that everything was born during the jam, we are quite proud of the result!

Great to hear you like it! Cheers!

Thanks, yeah it's somewhat a mixed-style game, really happy to hear you had fun playing it!

Thank you, glad to hear you had a good time playing!

Thank you for your kind words and trying the game, we did put our heart and soul into it, so really happy to hear you liked it!

That is some serious commitment!

Thank you for playing, have a nice one!

Im so surprised how such a simple mechanic can be so much fun and challenging!
It's a cool game, and the music/sound effects/visuals are complementing each other very well!
Nicely done!

The atmosphere is spot on and the gameplay is well-thought-out!
Super nice work guys, keep it up!

Here is our game, hope you'll have fun playing it, we sure did have fun making it :D

Thank you for your kind words and for trying our game! :)

The character customization was a nice touch!
Regarding gameplay, I really enjoyed it, and the combo mechanics are super fun!
It's an addictive game too, nice work!

I like the art style of the game!
I didn't do too well, might be skill issue xD
But overall its well put together, and entertaining!
Nice work!

The controls are well made, and while simple, the game is fun to play!
I agree with one of the previous comments, that some goofy sound effects could make it even better! :D

Nice work though!

Its pretty fun to drift around the store with the car, the movement control is well made!
I am having some trouble figuring out what to do in "last stand mode" though, so I was just avoiding other cars, but only because that seemed like the only way not to lose.
With maybe a bit clearer instructions it would be nicer, but the base mechanics of the game are neat!

Nice work!

Thank you for the kind words, much love <3

Thank you for playing our game, we are really happy that you enjoyed it! Cheers!

The game feels so good to play!
The simple mechanics are really giving a retro vibe.

At first the single key input register felt very limiting, but after a few minutes of playing it felt like part of the gameplay, which is really nice. I'd say its challenging, but in a fair, balanced way :D

It would be super cool to have more enemy types to spice up things even more!
Overall, I really enjoyed playing, great work!

Neat game, it really needs you to pay attention, the tension is real!
Great choice of assets too!
One small thing, the UI is super tiny for me, don't forget to optimize it for different resolutions!
Good job though, it's a real *banger* game! :D

The gameplay is not entirely flawless partly because the hitboxes are a bit janky.
I like the art though and the concept is pretty cool!

bro deserved the beef, he ugly af (and probably stinks too)

It's a nice take!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the existential-philosophical aspect of the game.
Good job!

It's a cute game, I did not manage to win, but the map feels pretty big and it's quite challenging to stay alive!
Nice job!

The game feels very solid mechanically!
The art and visuals are great, however I think the walls breaking could have been indicated with a more visible color (for example full red), as the gradient sometimes makes it hard to see how broken the wall actually is (at least for me), and the UI could be a little more organized.

Our game that we have made for the jam is similar in some aspects, so yours has caught me by surprise! :D

Overall, i think it's a super cool take on the theme of the jam and very creative one too!

Keep it up, and good luck!

I like the vibe of the game, but it feels very unfinished (as I could see you have mentioned the time issue on the game page.)
Some main elements are missing such as some sound effects, some in-game storytelling.
Even so, I think this could become a nice game one day, its a good start point of an endless fighter!

I enjoyed most of the game, including the music and visuals, however the sound effects are extremely loud compared to everything else, when you get caught by one of the wolves it really hurts in the ear!
But I have to say, the level design is challenging and feels great to complete one so good job on that!
(I really liked the short scene that shows the level before you actually start it, it is a nice touch!)

Try to level the sounds a bit more even, other than that it is a great game!

Haha, thank you, we are happy that you enjoyed our game!
Those are the final moments when your whole life is flashing before your eyes! 🧟

Unfortunately the game did not start for me :(
