Thanks man, I've already made the controls a bit faster in the editor which works way better. I will defiantly carry on with this and make it into something more enjoyable all round because those cute guys got into my head and I feel bad just throwing them away. Thanks

It very nearly didn't make it to submission due to pride but luckily pragmatism got the better of me. I'm going to keep plugging away at this and see how far the art style can go and create bigger set pieces. Thanks for playing

I glad you enjoyed it, I was very happy with the art style and just hoped I had more time to put more things in from my plan (Which included different attack "Globs" and special abilities).

Just tested the movement speed increase and you are so right, I guess I was too close to it to see how sluggish it felt. Will probably go back to this at some point because I had such a clear idea from the the start even if it was overscoped. Thanks for playing!

A wholesome game with cute little characters and cohesive art; My only criticisms being to turn down the gradient filter a tad as it occasionally makes it hard to see and some UI elements could be made easier with a symbolic HUD system e.g. happiness meter/level. For me the sound effects were stand out, leaving me amused and happy. As well, the music has a wistful but melancholic air to it that fits really well with the games theme of a slump.

I had fun playing the mini games especially the cooking one and loved how, as they went along, they became more complex. I noticed how the game was analogous to the small steps required for pulling oneself out of a mental tailspin. Turning on lights being a big accomplishment, cleaning up to live in a better space, and finally managing to cook a real meal instead of subsisting on quick options and snacks.; This evolution is also reflected in the words of affirmation, feeding options and the eventual goal to go outside. Very subtle but effective, great job!

Cheers dude, turns out a lot of people have been getting that flash game feeling. It did come out a bit serious so maybe something a bit lighter in future. Thanks!

Hoping to get more into puzzley mechanics in future to maybe add a little bit more longevity and interaction. I completely agree about the highlighting; Nobody desires a pixel hunt or a "What am I thinking" solution. Thanks for the playing

Yeah, I get a lot of use from the grungy brushes. As for the writing, it has been said before but those are just the words that come naturally. I will keep that in mind in future. Cheers

Cheers man! Pretty simple but it think they came out well.

Thanks man! Glad you liked it

Very unique and  satisfying puzzle, presented a nice challenge and would sink my teeth into more.  My graphics card crashed my machine while playing and still I had to restart in order to work out the last puzzle. Fantastic!

Really cute and aesthetically pleasing! Definitely can see it working as a bigger game. Just a small bit of feedback, jumping across screen transitions can be a bit disorientating and felt a bit abrupt. Overall fun game, good work!

Really cool game with a great style and feel about it. Would definitely play for much longer with varying individual case files. Great work guys!

I agree; reopening focus items (like chests and drawers) was on the to do list along with more red herring clickable but all had to be cut for time. Would have loved to get that in but you can play through it in seconds if you missed something once you know the solutions, not ideal I know. Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

Strange you say that about the flash games, midway through making it I got that feeling too. Turns out I played so many when I was younger that it eats it's way through occasionally. Thanks  for the audio tips, will look into it and hopefully come back stronger.

Cheers Dude!  Will definitely get the audio sorted for the next one.

Congrats Dude! Nice little game you've made there.

Cheers man, Glad you liked it
