I love this. The reaction when the cat gets caught is so silly.

Yes! I wish I had more time to introduce a smarter way for some of the mechanics! Thank you for playing!

Hello, It has been a week since a week since submission, there are two known issues, one with the Model on level 1 not being consistent and another one with the Game actually going to Level 3 in the cold open.

Hopefully this doesn't ruin the whole experience. Again thanks for playing!

This game feels like its on its way for release, the low poly and mechanics are very well done. Everything from the UI to the way the game feels has been very well written and made. Great job!

I lost the game, and I loved it.

Thank you! I hope you liked our little prototype!

Cool game! I really like the idea of constant danger while crafting potions.

That was surprisingly addicting, I have spent the last half hour playing this, thanks I guess.

Seriously though, Great game.

Thank you! I lost many hours of sleep after work to make this happen but it was worth it.

That is genuine dedication.  your GDD is full of detail about everything. I am sure if you keep working on it you will make a great game.

I enjoyed playing this, the music was quite immersive and even if the gameplay felt a bit short and challenging I would really like to see what it can offer in the future. Thanks for sharing this!

Great game with good background music, Controls feel a bit too linear but gameplay is well constructed.

I had fun and that's what matters.

Many thanks for your time.

I will be working  an after-jam version of this, the first and most important thing to fix is the player controller. I know how much it is outweighed by the efforts of the Artists and I don't like it.

For the record, I did take more time than the artists did, its just that it was my first Platformer and animation blending is not my specialty.

I enjoyed this game a bit too much. The fish and text references caught me off guard which I really liked. A very strong game overall with very innovative take.

If you decide to work on it more in the future you could expand it into more areas, add animations for walking/running.

Thanks for playing! I had a checkpoint based system working BUT since I added the consumables I also did not have enough time to refine it enough, so instead of having an altogether broken game, I made the harsh decision to go with the "Just reload the current scene" trick.

Thank you for your time to play! I agree that the animations needed better blending which I will look into it in the future. We also had three phase jumping but I haven't used blending animations in a while (if not at all, for jumping).

I really loved the aesthetics and card animations of the game, again as with other people I did not understand the lose conditions, but nevertheless it was quite enjoyable stacking cards and just dominate the game for as long as it lasted.

Thank you for taking your time to play the game! It was my first attempt at 3D and platformers so I understand that it could have been better. Perhaps I will include a screenshot of the controls so people know (E can be used for opening doors instead).

Since I had two artists in the team I wanted to provide as much of a visual experience as possible.

I loved this game for many but specific reasons but I feel biased. The UI looks great and the innovation aspect really  goes above and beyond on this one. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece!

Surprisingly a very good game to play.

Happy to know you enjoyed the game!

Very nice game with good artwork and sprite design as well as music and sound effects. Could use a dodge roll function to make it easier to escape from near death situations but other than that its coming along pretty well, Good game!

I really like the level design and the basic physics this game offers, the ability to change rooms based on the right click gave the game a new twist although there are some minimal bugs such as infinite respawning if the player forgets to let go of the right click and moments where you phase through the level once you try to manipulate the mechanics.

Definitely improvements could be made and also a volume slider for music background and voice since the music was a tad bit louder than the voice.
