thank you! It definitely could use some better art and some sort of a tutorial to explain the game.

Thank you! I definitely would want to work on designing some eye-catching art to compliment the games pacing.

I definitely agree!

Thank you!

I really like where the project is going, and the music was very captivating!

I found a bug you may want to notice:

If you clear this gate, near the beginning, and die shortly after, I respawned on the outside of the playing field:

It wasn't clear whether or not a button or checkpoint was activated, and the second gate felt unusually difficult to get to with the spike on the pillar.

I assume that it is still in beta and that the submission would be far more polished, but either way I like where this is going, and it has great music.

HAHA, I LOVE THIS GAME!

I never imagined being able to play as the murderer of the "I". It has fun music, great graphics, pleasing SFX, overall 5/5!

It felt a little off being on a platform that doesn't move the player, and I would align the ending animation so that you are on the I as it goes down. Otherwise, it was a really fun and short experience, I would love to see more levels!

The controls felt arbitrarily chosen... tho it's not that bad once you learn how to play. It's an interesting concept, and I like how you were able to make the balls grow and spontaneously take up the screen, otherwise, it felt a little dull... maybe only because I didn't have a friend to play with at the time.

The howto could be simplified with less text, and include how to move/shoot.

I wasn't able to figure out how to fire more ammo, and it mostly just feels like the game lags a lot... which may have been intentional.

It's a really cool design! it's simple and easy to learn. The only thing really killing its buzz are the long waits after each death.

It's a great concept The art, sound, and music blend well together. And the design is simple.

It's a great design, the design is fairly simple and the sounds are great!

I would suggest updating the UI to make it more clear what's your score, how much time you have, and whatever that third number is for... that and there's a steep learning curve, but it's not so bad once you get used to the controls.

I really appreciate your review!

I've updated the game to reward the player with exponentially increased points from large drop offs.

I appreciate your feedback. I've updated the graphics a bit and can't find the bug that allows you to walk outside the map.

I don't much about what to do about the repetitiveness, however, I'll brainstorm a few ideas to break up the monotony.

Thank you for your feedback! Check out the new polish :)

I love your feedback! Check out the new art :)

Thank you!

sweet, thank you!

I started on a chaotic energy game... you have a core producing energy, but you also have chaotic energy trying to destroy your core. The only way for your core to survive is to have energy, but having too much energy also increases the strength of the chaotic energy.

In order to defend yourself, you’d set up nodes, towers, or somethin, that would shield you from the chaotic energy, but it would also cost an energy upkeep.

so you have to balance how many shields you can support without destroying yourself, meanwhile the chaos is growing stronger by the second and becoming more dangerous...

I spent a few hours making the energy stuff work, but I couldn’t find a way to make the game actually fun to play... so I’m doing something else now, but maybe this might give you ideas 🤔

good idea, my first idea sucked and didn’t pan out to much... so I had to scrap it and my new idea is taking form already

sweet 😁

looks like most people are using unity

this is also my first game jam, and I won’t have much time to actually work on my game, but I’m excited with what I’ve got already 😁

speaking of which, after submitting my game can I resubmit a more polished version?

Hello, I am eager to get into gaming industry and would love to develop more projects in the future! This is my first game, its main purpose is to get me over the initial hurdle of publishing a game, however it's taken much longer than expected. I'm really excited to show what I've been working on, and how you guys enjoy!
