awesome im happy to hear that. yeah i agree the missing iframes when getting hurt definitely is very punishing. thankfully i have a patch ready and will add it to the game as soon as updates are enabled again. thanx for playing ! :)

basically its one of the boss abilities with a short  cooldown and spawns 2 circles on opposite sides of boss, to reduce waiting times. i think this is not a good way to do it and probly caused you having to wait.  in order to improve i would like to have 1 active all the time together with an indicator and seperate the spawning from the boss abilites. thank you so much for playing and the valuable feedback!

im happy you enjoyed playing it and thank you for these great points to improve on. some are indeed critical and would add alot more polish to the game while also putting more value into the art and sfx. i am excited to improve on this and hopefully even adress some of the points before a patch on sunday. square viewport, reducing arena size and playing with zoomlevel will be worth trying out. glad that you enjoyed it :)

i really like the idea of having an indicator. i agree it feels unrewarding just dodging without a goal. i am working on an implementation and hope to have it in the patch included on sunday ! thanx for playing

i died quite alot so i was sitting through the loading screens between resets which didnt feel so good quickly. damn i need to get gud i am having a hard time hitting the boat when its moving in circles xD thanx for sharing!

im glad you enjoyed it and appreciate your feedback! i agree with you having repetitive attacks can be boring for me quickly. i learned alot making art for this jam and i already have a better variety of boss attacks prepared for the next patch on sunday night! :)

i enjoyed the idea of being the support role in this team. i noticed for me it was a bit hard to distinguish where the ai and robots around me are moving. i wish maybe for some more variety or texture on the floor or more visible animation when moving. controls and performance felt buttersmooth on firefox browser. thanx for sharing :)

i noticed the warning in the description about volume. i still would have preferred if you lowered the volume of the sfx instead as it appears you were aware of the issue.  sfx made me feel a bit disrupted from the gameplay. controls felt a bit laggy i used firefox and tried it on chrome too. thanx for sharing!

for me getting hit alot while doing my main mechanic did not feel very satisfying.  impressive how much content you created though. thx for sharing :)

after playing alot of games waiting for the slow text in the beginning was not very fun for me. shooting feels good and responsive! thanx for sharing :)

a few other games also did the controls like this where "w" is move back but i prefer "w" to move forward and "s" to move backward as usually i think thats the default. besides that very responsive controls and good performance in firefox browser :) who made the homescreen art? thanx for sharing!

i came because of the cover xD i didn like waiting for 10seconds until i could play again after dying. i couldn esc out of the game on firefox. i really like how responsive the controls were. thanx for sharing! :)

the dash is a little disorienting for me. some other kind of effect on it could be cool :) thx for sharing

hey :) thanx for sharing the game. concept is clever and engaging.im not sure if the flashing is a bit much for people prone to epilepsy. worth checking out? 

i liked the controller controls alot. felt smooth and responsive. was also fairly easy to pick up. a bit more feedback when hitting the enemy or getting hit would be nice. thanx for sharing!

hey the game was really good. clever simple mechanics. reducing the size of player hurtbox id love to try out how it feels. unfortunately in firefox the level stays black. in chrome it worked. great art! thanx for sharing :)

i really liked how the level 1 changed when the water started flowing xD  mechanics i learned during level 1 then next level was quite easy :) controls were simple and very responsive! thanks for sharing :)

great! was aiming to make them clear without reading much xD i realised i was getting reading fatique quickly when trying lots of games from last year. ill try to improve it even more so it is clear immediately. thankx for playing

dashing in the facing direction was a great suggestion. i just finished implementing and it feels much better!

awesome glad you enjoyed it! yeah thats a great  idea. i want to either give the player some kind of control where they spawn or i can add a visual indicator on edge of screen to where they are. great idea. will implement this week and patch as soon as updates are enabled again !  reducing the stun duration probably makes sense after seeing feedback :) thanks for playing!

may i ask what you mean with more freedom of movement? as in more abilities for example?  :) im glad you had fun. id like to improve the spawning of the damage things so player has some kind of control over it instead of waiting. thanks so much for playing!

awesome glad you enjoyed it. the hitbox only has 1 active frame so i didn know how to make it easier but i will try to reduce the size of the hitbox/add more visual warning to balance it out! thank you so much for playing!

thats a great idea for the movement with keyboard mouse. i was trying to figure out a way to make it better on keyboard. i will add dash working when no inputs are pressed based on the direction the character is facing! will be online with next patch on sunday! thanx for playing <3

the area heals you in 1 second ticks when you stand inside it. in next patch i will have a visual indicator ready so it is more clear! :) thanx for playing

ya mousewheel i tried but let me try also the hide control

instead of restarting the level i was rerouted to a steampage from a different game which wasnt good for the flow. idea is unique i liked that! thanx for sharing

id prefer it shooting and changing direction didnt share the same finger to use them. space for shoot i think would make alot of sense as its usually shoot in other games too. e usually for interact etc. traps kinda nasty ya xD very responsive controls and overall performance in browser though i like that! thanx for sharing!

i also had another game use the same controls and i think i would prefer W for moving forward and S for moving backward. the controls were really responsive tho. i didn select a weapon in the beginning cause it looked like save slots so i almost dropped the game cause nothing was happening. but a chatter saved it and mentioned i didnt select weapons. with weapons the game felt pretty good! thanx for sharing :)

when i fell down i never got the chance to reset myself. instead i had to select a level to reset. kinda cumbersome after a few tries. controls were very responsive and smooth. thanx for sharing!
