Game's Take on the Theme
You have to spin knobs on oscilloscope-like control pad to aim, you'll have to spin vending machine's lever a lot throughout the game too. Moreover, game's bosses themselves are based on the word "Spin".

Cool game, looks quite polished on all departments. Concept with throwing weapons, when each one has its own trajectory is also very nice. But there were 2 main issues for me, which were killing the fun:
1. You have 5 weapons. You have to configure each one separately. First boss moves relatively often and likes to throw 3 projectiles at you. Also weapons don't have too much durability, so you need swap them relatively often, and if your weapon type in your slot changes, you need to fix trajectory again. So all of it makes it so you need to fix all your weapons trajectories far too often, which is a bit too stressful for my taste to enjoy the game.
I think some QoL, for example: if you change trajectory of a weapon, then it changes trajectories of all weapons of such type - could greatly improve experience, because then you need to do less manual monotonous work and you have more time to actually enjoy the game.
2. It seemed like boss had too much hp. So first one has 1000 hp, axe iirc deals 12 damage, and I'm considering it has the highest dps, (but maybe i'm wrong), so I need to throw 83 axes at the boss, without considering, that I also need to kill their projectiles and constantly spend time on rolling weapons. Dunno if there are stronger weapons, which makes it is easier. (i've seen only stone, axe and popcorn)
So in general it felt like I need to spend too much time to kill even the first boss, but maybe it was skill issue on my side and I missed some mechanic. ๐
Really liked how the game plays out. It is oddly satisfying to adjust each projectile trajectory to hit perfectly onto the boss and their own projectiles. However I did found to be soo hard to counter all the attacks, but maybe it was just skill issue. Nonetheless, I think this was an great and one of the most unique games I have played in this jam. Great work!
Pretty cool mechanics!
the ui was blocking alot of the area where i was aiming. i wish i could see more of where my oscilator is aiming. cool idea though. mechanics could be very well used in a disco / dj / partying game. thanx for sharing! :)
The Control Pad DOES have a "hide" button at the bottom to hide it if it's blocking the view...
Moreover, you can change your field of view using mouse wheel!
ya mousewheel i tried but let me try also the hide control
art and gameplay is good.
I really like the game mechanics but i struggle to have enough time to spin the knobs to deflect anything thrown at me and just die really quickly, the gacha mechanic for new attacks is a great addition and the art is really nice, gj
The game has the big Stopwatch button on the left corner. Pressing it (or pressing the right mouse button too) stops the timeflow of the game, it is made specially for extra time to aim!
I really liked the art of the game, the gameplay is also unique
Game has some pretty good art and music going on, controls bit difficult to adjust to but overall goodjob!
