Wow.... I made this and I couldn't even get over 20000! xD

Your comment is appreciated even if you are not a game dev. : )

Hope to see your submission in the next Kenney jam then, I think there are many developers who are doing this for the first time (including my team).

Again, really glad you like the visual, the artist in my team puts good efforts into "making" them. xD

No, it's never too late for comments! Thanks for playing the game after jam is finished as well!

Glad you like it. : )

I love how one of the trucks just goes "Yup, I'm outta here" and drove straight into the ocean. xD

So this is how Mister Twister started? xD

The next version of Republic Fighter Pilot Handbook will include "How to use tractor bean effectively during combat to destroy our enemy - using our latest budget-cut-mono-thruster fighter"

Rotating bullet!!?? I bet you got this idea from Kenney, xD. Love the concept!

I love this game!!! Can't believe I missed it during the voting period!!

Spoiler alert: the mushroom in this game is different to the ones in Super Mario xD

Love the concept for this game! - then I lost my trail of thoughts after picking up my food. xD

Hummm, I'm bit confused with the gameplay, but the visual looks nice!

Ahhh, randomly place tiles sound interesting, not sure if my scripting skill would keep up with that tho.
Currently, we only have tiles set up as prefab so we can rapidly construct maps.

Might be a good timing for me to get into procedural map generation. : )

Thanks for the kind feedback!

Not a very minor nit-pick at all! Every bit of feedback counts!

Especially, I think this is has been mentioned quite a few times already, so we definitely have noted this down for bug fix. 😊

Ahhh yes, can't believe I didn't notice that before, should be an easy fix! Thanks mate. : )

Hahaha yea, this is our first game jam submission, we rushed a lot of things in the event. Ending up having no logic to check if the level is passed or not.

We have the plan to finish the game after the rating period elapses, so stay tuned if you are interested in the development. : )

I agree with hamcola down there, keeps reminding me how suck I am at driving in real life. xD

Apart from the difficulty curve (or I suck a lot), I had a very well polished experience! Probably the most complete submission I have played so far!

Very interesting idea, took me a good minute or two to figure out how to play the game. xD

Though not sure if this is a loophole, I seem to get by just fine without rotating the tiles?

Very Interesting tower defence mechanic.

The game becomes playable after the 120s for me, fps drops rapidly with the amount of asteroid spawning.

But I still enjoyed shooting space rocks. : )

Well done! The entire experience is pretty smooth,  can't see any issue except the pipes we suppose to fix. xD

Very well polished! I think I last long enough to hear the bgm loop, I'd call that a success. xD

A tiny bug I noticed is you can actually start pressing numbers before you start the game, but that doesn't really add any advantage while playing.

For a minute, I was trying to get them with my up and down square. xD

Reminds me of the laser in portal 2, but screaming rotation everywhere. xD

Ahhh, thanks for telling me that, I should see that one coming. Didn't got to implement a function that checks the player's location when the moving phase ended. Lesson for my next game jam it is. : )

The amount of casing dropped is insane, xD.

There are few bugs but didn't stop me from enjoying shooting the aliens.  : )

I'm pretty sure with the approaching speed, it might be the people on the boat needs rescuing. xD

Kool game!

I need more of this, please.

Seriously, that smoking dude is dope as (kid-friendly content). Really love how the theme is translated into. <3

Really well-made game, I love the presentation of it (the audio certainly help me with my anger control after 20 overshooting the little astronaut)!

I think I would prefer the camera switch to the asteroid when you land on then to get more view on top, but it's fun exploring the level too! (speaking of space exploration)

Found a bug at level 4, the little blue/cyan/green astronaut jump out of view when I press the space key. Tried restarting the game, but the bug is still there.

Btw, maybe I just suck, but the boss level felt way too hard, hahaha.

Thanks! Glad you like the tile rotating animation, we spend most of the jam polishing that.

Thanks! We wanted to go for the "Monument Valley" vibe but ran out of time before we can properly set up the audio.

Thanks for playing! Good to know you found satisfaction from playing. I certainly stop having that after hundreds of debugging. xD

Hahha thanks! I know that if you don't add any path, "Ben" will idle indefinitely, but does the game bug out when you run into the wild as well? Any chance you can explain the steps you did to bug that?

Thanks! Sadly we only got to the stage where we can rapidly prototype maps when the jam is about to finish, but we still rush out 3 more maps before the deadline.

Thanks for playing!

FYI, itch.io overlay at the top right sometimes blocks the pause button in the Web build.

Pretty cool game!

But I restarted wave 3 three times, there's always a phantom dude spawned at col 4 row 2 of the grid.

But at least he doesn't seem to get infected.

建議加一個 Cursor.visible = false; 然後這個窗口分辨率有點大.....
