Thanks, I think the visuals turned out well too.

Thanks, I appreciate you taking the time to play.

Thanks for checking it out. I don't plan to continue development but I might reuse the concept someday as it was a lot of fun to build a game around.

Thanks, it was fun to build.

I enjoyed myself. The variety of card effects and need to strategize made it pretty fun. Overall I thought it was really well balanced.

Fun but the drivers are smarter than real life ones.

Coffee wall got me but the gameplay is nice and I liked the idea of portraying the office trenches of tasks as a literal "storm" constantly chasing you.

Provides a nice challenge, and the sound and graphics are top notch, especially considering the timeframe of the jam. Nicely done.

Solid gameplay and the graphics and calm music really make it feel like a calm right before a storm. Well done.

You successfully brought back my PTSD from working in customer service. Well done!

Art style is really unique, the dialogue is interesting, and the music is great. I enjoyed myself.

Graphics are good and gameplay is solid with no glitches, also the cave ambience background noise makes the atmosphere feel more interesting. Great job!

Thanks for playing!

Will check it out, thanks!

Thanks. I tried to make the character's stories as diverse as possible so people would be able to connect to at least one of them. I don't plan to update this project but might reuse the concept for a bigger project someday. I'm glad you liked the game!

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy yourself, but thanks for taking the time to play!

Clever concept for the main character, music and art style is cute. I had fun!

Thanks. There are five endings by the way.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks, I wanted to use this project as a chance to practice narrative design, I'm reasonably happy with how it turned out given the timeframe.

Graphics are amazing and gameplay is interesting, I had fun.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it!

Yeah I came up with most of it on a whim, I even surprised myself with how much dialogue I managed to pack into the game. Thanks for playing!

Thanks! I really like how the story turned out.

Thanks for checking it out! Hope you enjoyed it!

Thanks, that's what appealed to me about the idea too, the concept of having to figure out how to meaningfully help people even if you can't save them. I agree with you about the NPC behavior after unpossessing, the limitation I was facing with this was that since I couldn't control where they ended up when unpossessed, I couldn't risk giving them a move route or they could have gotten stuck. In the future I might work on this though, thanks for the feedback and taking the time to play!

A literal storm is chasing you. Can't say you didn't follow the theme.

Fun for a tower defense style game and great music. I had a good time playing.

It's nice to see Scruffy finally getting a backstory.

Just start endorsing violence and crazy politicians, that did it for me pretty quickly.

Interesting take and an innovative concept. I had fun!

Nice idea and the graphics are pretty good, but the absence of background music is a bit jarring. FYI you can find a lot of music licensed under Creative Commons by Kevin MacLeod and other composers.

UPDATE: This has been fixed.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll be sure to adjust the kart settings in the next build.

Hey guys! After four months of development, I've just launched my new game, Adventures with Mariko! After purchasing a new home, you find the previous owner left behind a mysterious console you've never heard of before, with highly advanced virtual reality immersion technology. After booting it up, you find yourself whisked away to the world of the PlayHub, where hours of family friendly, completely horror free fun await you! And don't worry, absolutely nothing is wrong! Nothing at all!
