Haha no problem. I've made the same mistake many times. Easier to get rushed and forget the small things during jams. Anyway, I tried it again since you fixed the ghosts & beat the game. Good art style & lighting! Well done!

I'm using Godot's WebRTC high level multiplayer API & a basic template project I made that uses WebSockets to connect players to lobbies. It's fully peer-to-peer after the lobby host presses start game.

Planning to form a multiplayer lobby at 9PM EST tonight if you would like to join.

We will be attempting to form a group to play together Nov. 13th (today) at 9PM EST. Please reply to this comment or contact me through the Micro Jam discord if you'd like to join.

I can definitely see how some in-game instructions for using the portal would be very beneficial. I'd like to try to get a group of the jam participants together to try the game at some point. I'll likely try in the jam's discord tomorrow.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback!

Love it! Definitely should be a contender for 1st place.

Great work! Also reminds me of Portal. Love the camera transition between characters. 5/5 Stars!

Good story & world building. My only criticism is the control scheme. I would suggest adding WASD as movement controls because R felt awkwardly far away from the arrow keys. Overall good job :)

Not sure if I'm missing something. The ghosts are too fast for me to get even the first key. Are you calculating their speed in Update instead of FixedUpdate?

Very well done! Feels pretty polished & fun. I like the scrolling clouds in the background. Good touch.  Here's my high score:

Woah! Haha! That would be a bug I have not seen yet. If I had a bit more time, I was going to make the balls spawn in every 5 seconds. Anyway I appreciate the bug report and the kind words. Thanks for playing!

Also did you make the music? Sounds good!

I can definitely try. I'll tweak the speed & acceleration variables.

Great concept & awesome execution! Genuinely impressed by your level design. Each level required you to focus on both characters' movements. Good job!

Very fun little game! Any plans to add more?

Good game. Now make it multiplayer. My high score:

Thank you for the feedback! What would you like to see added or improved in the game?

Unique little dodging game. Great job! I did notice the particles caused lag every time for me (firefox, good pc)

This is great! 10/10 I think this should be the winner

Woo! Beat the game! Great job. Only suggestion would be switch level 5 and 6's order, because level 5 is much harder than level 6.

This truly is the camping experience

Globus

Wow! Very well done. I love the art style

Lol! I love the art! Good scope for a 1 hour jam as well. Good job tomato man

And this is my attempt at speed running the game.

Was playing again cause I was inspired to make a lil multiplayer game with a sort of similar concept (really it was inspired by this + my previous miner game). Anyway, I didn't realize you could win the last time I played, so here's my score from this time. Not fast at all

Very cool! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with

Fun little game! How long did you work on this one? The concept could be built onto in many ways. I'm imagining a sort of rogue-lite miner game with an additional color of gem that doesn't "fuel" you with more clicks, but instead could be used to purchase upgrades for the next run.

Very fun! Like the camera movement throughout the level. This could make a fun little mobile game

I also lost

Game of the year

Very well done! Good usage of theme & very polished feeling

Quirky little game, but very fun! Great job :)
