Super juicy, and the fast paced gameplay is very fun and smooth! It would be really nice to have some checkpoints because the difficulty  is unforgiving ^^

It's like a feudal japan Hotline Miami ^^

Overall the gameplay is fun, but the guns feel waaaay more juicy/fun to play with than the basic sword swing

The chromatic aberration effect when you move looks really good! The concept is original and it's fun to try to get a good score.

Very funny setting and the gameplay feels great! The successive bosses each feel distinct and keep the game fresh. Is there any reason we can't use the mouse to aim/shoot ?

Very fun to play, the graphics are really cute and the music is good!

Thanks for playing! Yeah a trail effect would be a great addition

Thanks ! Yeah the game should feel better with a mouse or a gamepad indeed. The slash effect came up a lot in the other comments, it would indeed be a cool juice adition.

The score save was actually quite simpler to implement for the web export than I expected! Godot use IndexedDB to store/load files under user:// to there wasn't any additional code to write for the web version ^^

Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it

The bird design really cracked me up, and the audio goes well with the "weird" (in a good sense!) vibe of the game. The climbing mechanic is fun but a bit too easy once you get the hang of it, it would be nice to have some momentum based propelling or stuff like that.

The sprites are superb and the animations feel really juicy ! I took a while getting the hang of the controls but the concept is really cool. Do you plan to add some scoring mechanics ?

Very cool UI/graphics! Maybe a bit too much bloom/glow ?

My fingers hurt from playing ^^

Lovely animations on the fruits ! I think adding some timing/reaction mechanics could help with replayability

The music is super catchy and the art direction is very original ! Once you get used to the controls the game is great fun

Those UI elements/animations looks really nice ! Having an incremental game with a restrictive time limit is also a fun spin on the genre and really fits the jam theme
