Very cool concept and it's clear a lot of effort went into this. Great job!

I love the concept of this game, especially with how it ties into the theme!

This one was WILD. Super cool experience figuring out how to actually play the game.

Great sound design and freezing effect. Made it to the shelter with a sliver of health!

The movement and skating effect is really impressive! Solid graphics too.

Really clean and well designed. Love the use of colored lights as different mechanics.

This is tough! But I did keep coming back for more. The fish eye and chromatic aberration effects are super cool, and the music is really well done. I think there are some interesting interactions you could play with by tying the light to your health/ammo as well if you wanted to keep developing this idea.

Music is super fun! Ironically it's hard to see what key card corresponds to what door with how dark it is, but otherwise the art looks great!

Looks good, cheers!

The font in the ttf files are all cut in half.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I loved reading it. I would be curious to hear how/if a second playthrough changes your perspective. Happy to know there are fans of this type of mythology and game!

Let me know what you thought, and if you liked it that's one more reason to keep the project going :)

Awesome, glad to hear that! Would love to hear your final thoughts when you finish it!

When fate comes knocking with a hammer and sword, will you be able to break the chains of destiny?

This is a tale of prose and prophecy inspired by the Eddas of Norse Mythology. This is not a retelling, but an exploration of what is unsaid, guided by your actions. Immerse yourself in the cold winters of Jotunheimr and see the world from the perspective of those who would destroy it.

I recommend closing the default twine sidebar by clicking the top left "<" sign, or playing in full screen.
