Love the bug designs! I also like the blend between 3D and 2D, it was done nicely.

That prediction about us using valets for spaceships in the future was very interesting. Someone should make a game about that.

I really liked the art and the concept of the gameplay!

This was pretty cool, I'd have loved to see a finished version! The art/aesthetics gave me stardew valley vibes.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the feedback! Sorry about the audio, it was kind of done last minute.

This was really nicely put together. I really liked the integration of the 2D character art with the photo collage backgrounds, I feel like that's pretty hard to make look good, and you guys did it well. The writing was also really solid, I liked the parallels you can draw from Thimble's story to situations that are unfortunately far too common in real life. Overall, an introspective and calming read.

Cool game. It's surprisingly fun for such a simple mechanic. I could see this being a neat minigame in a larger game.

Thanks!

Cool game! I liked the dialogue with ivy, and the general interpretation of the theme. The music changing when you drink an incorrect bottle was a fun detail too.

Hey, glad you liked the game. As for the movement stopping you when you look up, we didn't even notice that lol, so thanks for pointing that out. On the sensitivity changing when moving towards the portal or walls, we didn't really notice that happening, granted we only play tested on a couple machines. We multiplied all our movement modifiers by delta time (or at least i thought we did) so im not sure what happened there. Regardless, thanks for taking the time to play it and leaving the feedback!

Thanks, glad you liked it!

Cool game! It was very clear that a lot of thought was put into the design of the general gameplay loop, with all the different options you have on each turn. I also thought everything being tile based and randomized was really cool too, I know all that logic isn't the easiest thing to program. But like they said below, it would have been a nice feature to be able to look around the whole map on each turn. Otherwise, it was a nice entry!

Awesome game! First off, it's cool to see you continuing your theme of making games based off of kitchen appliances, it's always funny. I really liked the opening part, where you (not so subtly) encourage the player to burn the toast with the skull meter on the dial. Those types of things in games always make me laugh and I thought you executed on that really nicely. The main gameplay mechanic is a cool take on the theme and the 3D graphics in the 2d space look really satisfying. But if i'm being honest, my favorite feature was the bread.

Thanks!

Cool game! I played through the first 4 levels and was really impressed to see all that was done with such a simple mechanic. It's clear that there was a lot of thought put into the level design. My only gripe though is that the wall jumping mechanic was a little finicky and hard to control. I think it would've been cool to take some inspiration for the wall jumping from a game like celeste, where you get a little bit more control over your movement. Otherwise, I thought this was a pretty fun game!

Fun game! I love the upgrade system, all the upgrades feel really noticeable.

Cool game! I like the ability to added to control how much time you have to collect the gold, that makes it much more appealing to all types of players!

I played this game far longer than any other game and idk why lol. It was super fun and addicting!

Cute game! I love all the different possibilities!

Thanks Daniel!

I love the concept! The mechanics seem very fleshed out but, it could've benefited a lot of from visual and audio polish. Overall though, I thought it was cool.

I actually really liked the level design! It could've used a bit more polish and been a little more forgiving if you made a mistake, but I still really liked this one!

Creative spin on the theme!

Awesome game! Yours is also the first godot game ive seen so thats a plus

Thanks! Frog detective was kind of an inspiration so im glad you picked up on it!

The art was great!

Neat concept! It would've maybe been better if you could place down the powerups before the orcs came, but I still liked all the main gameplay elements.

Love the music!

I really like the art and aesthetics! The interpretation of the theme is pretty funny too!

Great use of storytelling in such a short play time. You did an awesome job with tone and interpreting the theme in a much different way.

Awesome game! There were a lot of design choices that I really liked, and the art style gave me pizza tower vibes. One of my favorite games so far!

This was the most creative spin on the theme I've seen yet! Good job!

I love all the writing! It felt very immersive!

Good puzzles!

Love the writing, art and music!

Pretty funny game! Loved the writing.

I love the art and music! The gameplay though, was a little confusing. I couldn't figure out how to climb and didnt know what the stamina was used for. Overall, the aesthetic was amazing, especially for a game jam game.

Love the gameplay concept of you getting weaker as the game goes on, that's a pretty clever reversal of gameplay!

Neat game! It would have been cool to have a toggle camera button that is either free roam or following the player, and maybe just a bit more balancing of the enemy types, but I like the whole premise of it!
