Love the bug designs! I also like the blend between 3D and 2D, it was done nicely.

This was really nicely put together. I really liked the integration of the 2D character art with the photo collage backgrounds, I feel like that's pretty hard to make look good, and you guys did it well. The writing was also really solid, I liked the parallels you can draw from Thimble's story to situations that are unfortunately far too common in real life. Overall, an introspective and calming read.
Hey, glad you liked the game. As for the movement stopping you when you look up, we didn't even notice that lol, so thanks for pointing that out. On the sensitivity changing when moving towards the portal or walls, we didn't really notice that happening, granted we only play tested on a couple machines. We multiplied all our movement modifiers by delta time (or at least i thought we did) so im not sure what happened there. Regardless, thanks for taking the time to play it and leaving the feedback!
Cool game! It was very clear that a lot of thought was put into the design of the general gameplay loop, with all the different options you have on each turn. I also thought everything being tile based and randomized was really cool too, I know all that logic isn't the easiest thing to program. But like they said below, it would have been a nice feature to be able to look around the whole map on each turn. Otherwise, it was a nice entry!
Awesome game! First off, it's cool to see you continuing your theme of making games based off of kitchen appliances, it's always funny. I really liked the opening part, where you (not so subtly) encourage the player to burn the toast with the skull meter on the dial. Those types of things in games always make me laugh and I thought you executed on that really nicely. The main gameplay mechanic is a cool take on the theme and the 3D graphics in the 2d space look really satisfying. But if i'm being honest, my favorite feature was the bread.
Cool game! I played through the first 4 levels and was really impressed to see all that was done with such a simple mechanic. It's clear that there was a lot of thought put into the level design. My only gripe though is that the wall jumping mechanic was a little finicky and hard to control. I think it would've been cool to take some inspiration for the wall jumping from a game like celeste, where you get a little bit more control over your movement. Otherwise, I thought this was a pretty fun game!
