Cool idea! I hope you will continue to develop it!

The ending is funny :) Well, it's a nice job and the place you've created is quite beautiful. As for me, the game is too short and also the mouse senivity is very high... I think you should add a senivity controller, also more content would be nice, also it wasn't obvious to me that I should get a spray. I thought it was already in my hands and I can't use it because of a bug. Anyway, well done!
A very short game with a little secret!
My suggestion for improvement is that you can add these mechanics:
1) Expand the Q key mechanic. Make arresting the wrong person more significant. For example, you can punish the player for arresting the wrong person - change the murder colours, let the player not restart the game, but change the investigation.
2) Also, add more people and make some innocent people lie. This will make the investigation more difficult.
But it's a nice try for a mini-game made for a mini jam!
This game looks interesting, it really reminds me of Forager, as Brigadeiro said.
But what I think you should do is give information slowly. Not just throw the player into the world with all the "what each button does" information. Also, automatic resource gathering would be nice, as well as showing how many resources each monolith requires.
Other than that, it looks like a cool thing!
So it's a platformer with a bit of papercraft, nice try!
What you should consider is:
1) Allow a second jump at any time, not an instant double jump.
2) Maybe change the graphics a bit, but I personally think that graphics are not the most important part of the game, which is done during the short jam.
3) Please think about what is the trick of your game? Because right now it looks like an ordinary platformer.
But it's good work!
It's an interesting concept, reminds me of "Paper, Please".
Now it's kinda buggy, so I can't even finish the 1st level, but you can release a new patched version, I guess, and I'll give it a try.
PS In general, I think you should let the player in on secrets slowly. Not just "Now I make little origami and after 1 minute I lose with a message "YOU FAIL YOUR MISSION, SOLDIER"". That just doesn't work. I suggest you research how "Papers, Please" slowly gives away secrets.
Nice little game! Unfortunately I got stuck just before the boss fight :(
I recommend to change the graphics a bit, because they are a bit strange.
Also, the lore page looks kinda synetic... I think the lore should be provided by the gameplay, not by clicking a special button.
Finally, as a game designer who also made a game with secrets for this jam, I found that sometimes people get stuck on solving a level/puzzle. In this case, it would be nice to provide additional help/tips.
All in all, it's a cool game for your first jam! I'd also appreciate it if you played mine and rated it!
It lacks sound, 100% sure. Originally I wanted to add sound (of paper sheets, crafting, fire, etc) and also visual effects (light from the candle, rain outside). But I finished the core mechanics 4 hours before the deadline and I felt exhausted... Maybe I will improve the game later (if people like my game).
Anyway! Thanks for playing!
Cool, you almost finished the game!
A little hint - when you place the flower on the table, it says that you should sacrifice something. After that, keep making paper figures and you should find a special figure that you haven't seen before.

HUGE BIG SPOILER HINT - Keep making figures. When you make Pochita (chainsaw dog) - burn it.
Interesting idea, I liked it. The task of finding the required shape looks easy at first, but it gets harder as you go. Also, different bonuses as secrets is a good idea.
What I'd like to suggest for improvement - please increase the size of the game window. Because it's very small and makes playing difficult :( Also maybe you can add some levels or win condition, because endless finding is a bit boring.
Overall it's a good game! I also appreciate if you play and rate mine.
I have played and rated your game, the concept is interesting and I liked the cute pixel graphics. I think you should add an "end condition" (now it feels like the game is endless, but maybe I did not wait long). Also, maybe you should change the controls - if you already use arrows, maybe use a key other than mouse click for switching (Shift for example). And finally, an English manual would be good.
But it's a good try!
I'd like you to play and rate my game too! https://itch.io/jam/mini-jam-177-papercraft/rate/3297612
Very cute game, I love the graphics! Also the ending is funny ;)
I can't figure out how to use the green gem or potion:-( And it would be cool if you added more secret areas like with the gem - maybe the player should climb a giant tree or fall into a hole. So there are lots of ways to expand.
Well done!
