Nice game! It reminds me a bit of mine, but with a longer storyline. I was confused about what to do when begging, maybe you should add hints for the player when they get stuck. There is other feedback:
1) The controls are very hard and you should tune them - no coyote time, you can easily fall off the platform.
2) Why can I click on the game folder on the main screen and it restarts and resets all progress T_T
3) The cipher part is overwhelming. When I see 5 different notes, a browser with 5 tabs, I just don't want to do anything because it's very hard to understand what the next step is. Maybe adding a progress bar that tells you what to do next would be good. I am not a fan of these things where the player has to think carefully about what to do next (like in Outer Wilds), I prefer when the game gives you instant feedback.
Still, very solid attempt! Also +1 for the phonk ;)
Well done! I liked the unique style of this game and the different game mechanics! However, it feels like there is no goal in the game, so it gets a bit boring after a few tries. Also the gambling part is not exciting, maybe you should improve it. For example, add a story that you are a casino addict and you owe a huge amount of money to the casino, or something else. Still, good job!
I played a bit more and I think you should balance the difficulty. So that's one thing that makes games successful and keeps players engaged - a good curve of difficulty. For example, do the hard wave every 10 waves. It will be hard to defend against it, but the player will be rewarded with a new cool turret. And maybe add a goal to keep the player engaged, because it feels like the game gets boring after 20 waves.
There are a lot of questions, like why do I need a hammer, why can't I skip waves, why am I always on top of the building? But the game is really nice, it's literally one of my favourite games, so I liked it! The graphics and sound are cool too! I like this part when I don't have to defend and all my turrets are doing all the work :) Well done!
Very nice game! I really liked the idea of playing with 0 gravity. The graphics and music are very calming. The controls are very hard to get used to, but it's ok for me. Maybe they should simplify it a bit - make the player move slightly in the direction of the mouse on a room. Also, I didn't understand what to do with the 2nd and 3D batteries :( You should make it more obvious where to put them, or add hints to prevent soflock. Anyway, I really liked the execution and the concept!
I liked the music and the minimalist graphics and style of the game. What about the gameplay, honestly it was a bit hard to play this game, the controls are a bit hard (maybe because I am not used to playing in izometric games). I also can't understand what to do, even after reading the instructions - perfectly, the player should understand what to do in a video game without reading the instructions. But I read them and I don't understand why the progress bar keeps going down (and all the zones are green). Still, it's a good try!
As for me, the controls are very strange, I didn't get used to them at all:( I also didn't understand what those 1m tiles were and why my hero was holding a parallelogram... The music volume resets in each area, so it was very loud. Anyway, it is clear that you are working carefully on this game, so well done! I wish you success in future jams!
It's a nice game, it gives me FNAF + Sea Of Thieves + Overcooked vibes. I really enjoyed it, the game kept me in a constant state of stress and fear that I might do something wrong (and that's good!).
However, there are a lot of problems I see and I hope this will help you understand my experience.
First of all, it was very hard to understand what to do in this game. Nobody reads huge manuals, so think about it, maybe some kind of AI should teach the player how to fix all the leaks in the beginning (like the AI in saubnautica).
The next problem is that the player can't see how close he is to the end because all the progress bars have no background color. So I don't know where it ends.
The next one - I don't understand what to do with water, I can't remove it like in Sea of Thieves...
The next problem is that there is a huge problem with the in-game UI/UX - for example, vents are above filters, but the filter button is on the left, while vents are on the right (but we read things up-down, left-right, so the vents button should be first), and other screens can be better.
I also got a red light at the end, and I don't know why, I didn't do anything wrong (I won anyway). The game also lacks background music or some sounds - alarm, enemy approaching, etc. Good sounds can help in creating the desired atmosphere.
Nevertheless, it's a good game and I really liked it. I'm giving it a high rating and I hope you'll improve it later!
Interesting concept and lots of sprites and levels! As for me, it was difficult to find a combination that completed the level, so I suggest you change the approach to levels. Maybe make them like classic quests... Also you can add different endings or make all levels a story about some character, because currently it is random (still funny) levels, but I have no feeling of unite of the theme... Anyway, good job!
Interesting concept, I liked it, also the level selection menu was really fun. As for me, the gameplay is a bit strange because I do not feel the controls like in platformers. Also, I can't read the background text when I speed through a level. Personally, I also don't feel that the theme has been implemented, but it's ok. Still, the concept and the space of your imagination are amazing!
