Hi! Yes, the original only had a female protagonist as well.

Thank you so much for reading! I'm glad you loved it! 💙

This is absolutely cool! 👀 I have uh, yet to beat it though. I thinkI'm stuck. 😅

Oh my gosh, thank you very much! Yes, I am thinking of revisiting this after the jam is over to just give it a bit more content or otherwise, I'm not yet sure. But if inspiration strikes, I am definitely not opposed to expanding the universe.

Thank you for trying it out!

Oh my, this made me chuckle! And I appreciate the feedback! Really glad you liked it (all the way to the prophesied end).

Congrats on your first game! I really like the art, but I to be honest, I really had a hard time reading the text. (Also, found a typo, I think you meant robbed rather than robed.)

Echoing another comment, it would be cool if there's a load bar at the beginning just to get a sense of how long I'll have to wait for it to finish and run.

I enjoyed this even if I kept failing at the puzzles. (That's deffo on me, lol!) And I really liked that you can go to school in roller blades.

No, I didn't go through the tutorial, so that's really on me. I did get it a few scrys after, so it wasn't any trouble. I enjoyed it!

LMAO, yes! They didn't like that their whims were not catered to. Tsk tsk.

Yes, achievement "Disappointment Averted" get! LMAO Kidding aside, thank you for checking it out! Your comment has me hyped. (A lot can happen with 75 years. A good lot.)

Ooh, I'm curious about what the other endings are. I appreciate the achievements page as well. Short but very sweet!

Oh man, I really wanna find out what the gift it. I really like the aesthetic! And I enjoyed the game as well. Thank you for making it.

Oh, I was not expecting that! I like the twist. And it's really cool you have language options. Kudos!

I enjoyed it! I made two run throughs, and on my second one, when you press 'Don't Bother', is it supposed to end there?

One suggestion though is if you could make the previous choices disappear once they're done, I think it would be better, unless they have some variations in the text.

Still fun though!

Yeah, I came across the same issue as the others. I would love to know what happened.

That was well cute! One suggestion would be to not make the Nap option repeatable, or if it is, maybe a bit more variation about how the main character wants to sleep in but can't. In any case, simple and nice. I enjoyed it.

That was cool! Salute to coding that in 3-days. You got a lot done it seems, though I'm not exactly sure where it ends. I explored around but wasn't sure where the end is.

And I appreciate the use of OpenDyslexic! (I'm assuming, it looks like it.)

One comment though is the choices seem to be a lot smaller than the narrative text itself? No problem, I can still see it, but it would be nicer if they were of the same size at least.

I liked the start, but got stuck at the part where James shows up. Hopefully this gets solved; I would love to see how the rest of it goes.

Oooh yeah, that was both a pleasant and unpleasant reminder of pulling all nighters. Really captured the essence and the frustration and the I just wanna be done with it all feeling. I enjoyed it overall.

I enjoyed it! That was a bit intense and i got immersed. Echoing the suggestion about an acknowledgement of the ending though, as I wasn't sure if it was a bug that there weren't any further options, or if it was truly the end. (It did feel complete though, so I'm thinking that's complete.) Thanks for making this! Deffo one of my fave entries.

I enjoyed it, but I can't seem to get to the end with the choices I've made. How many loops do I have to go through if I make the same choices? I do love the descriptions though!

Oooh! I'm curious now as to which one you got. Glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you liked it!

I had fun! To be honest, I didn't get what scrying was for at first, but I did get there eventually! I'm gonna have to try and get a good ending.

Ooh tried this out! Is it supposed to end in the shower though? I didn't see any options after that.

This somehow reminded me of 1984 in some ways. I loved it! Now, I have to see what are the other possible endings.

This was so fun! I'm gonna figure out that real word at some point.

Oh gosh, thank you! Glad you liked it. I really tried for variation there, so I'm glad it came through.

Thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it. I also dig stories that put that twist on the prophecies, and this was a good opportunity to give it a try.

Oh that was sneaky! I succeeded with #3. That was quite enjoyable! Thank you for making this.

Oh, I like this! Was wondering, when you gain a glimpse of your first real memory for the second time, is it supposed to end there? There's no option to proceed. Thanks!

Oh my goodness, I have tears! That was great. Thank you for making this!

Here is the code for my entry 'gospel says (i lied)': https://hastebin.com/maloqoqabi.coffeescript

I used Calico, so I'm not entirely sure the markdown would work in the default web player. Nothing fancy.

Looking forward to learning from the other participants. :)

Oh my goodness, thank you very much! I'm glad that you think so!

Oh! Thank you so much for the feedback! I appreciate it.

Thank you, thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I managed to get the good ending, yay! That was fun!

Oh goodness me, I'm dying at this. I just can't seem to get a good ending! Have to try again. This is fun!

Thank you so much for trying it out! Honestly, I had a bit more ideas to add to it, but unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to execute them and add them in time. I might revisit after the jam. But in any case, thank you again! I appreciate the feedback!

If there were more time, perhaps. But in any case, it's really cool. Thank you for making it!
