Haha, thank you for your comment! I allocated some good amount of time to try to get the "game feel" right. Happy to hear you were able to appreciate it.

Thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you found the game calming (at least until the final event triggers 😅). Heard about the mouse issue. I think the only solution will be to create a standalone version at this point.

Very simple but effective. I got in a kind of "trance" while playing it, which was super nice and relaxing. For a moment it feels like a rhythm game, but then some parts are not in sync. I think this is a missed oportunity, if the game would sync to the music it would be even better. But anyway, I had a great time creating my little planet. Congrats!

The aesthetics are very nice, and the idea is very original. My suggestion would be to add some more explaination, since it's a little bit hard to figure out in the begining what to do. Apart from that I think it's a very good game!

Any chance on getting this one as web version (or for mac)? Looks nice but I don't have a Windows PC  😔

I liked the idea, the movement speed of the horse looks realistic. The music fits very well also. Well done!

hahah this is so hard, but the sounds are so fun! I can't last more than 20s, but they are 20 hilarious seconds.

I liked the daggers mechanic, very original!

Glad you liked it! Thanks for sharing your sculpture and reaching to the end! I will definitely try and rate your game.

This is a nice idea that fits the limitation very well. I like the glow on the trees when you burn them with your laser. Graphics are nicely done. Congrats!

😔 Sad to hear you were one of the affected ones by this high mouse speed issue. Appears to be a problem with WebGL specifically, but couldn't find a solution yet. Thanks for playing!

haha that would be a nice thing to add 😉. Thanks for playing and sharing your creation!

Haha love the voices. The idea is super fun, like papers please but with a much less oppressive atmosphere. Good job!

This game is very well polished! Looks very professional. Well done!

Thank you for playing! Good to know that you had this problem in Firefox, but not on Chrome. That's interesting. This super sensitive mouse issue was reported by some other users, I'm trying to figure out what it is. Hopefully I will find it. Thanks for showing your creation!

I'm glad you liked it! Thanks for sharing your creation!

Thank you! Happy to see you enjoyed it! I loved your game also!

Glad you liked it! Yes heard from a couple of friends that had some issues with the Input. I think I may have to fall back to the old Unity Input system, not very statisfied with the way the new one handles Mouse movement (or maybe I'm doing something wrong).

Thanks for playing! Awesome Tie Fighter!

Thank you very much!

Yes, I saw that many interpreted the limitation as "Green is Bad", which is a smarter way of interpreting it. For some reason I understood "You cannot use the color green", and that's what I did.

Thanks for Playing!

The last level is much much harder than the rest. But the main mechanic is super cool, could be expanded into a bigger game.

This is really well done. Very polished, with beautiful art. Also the music is very well selected. You should be very proud of doing this game. Congrats!

Haha that's a huge compliment. Wish it was true 😅. Thanks very much for playing!

Nice style! And the idea is very cool too!.

Hahaha the sound effects are great. Fun game 😂

Beautiful art and nice idea!

Thank you! It was intense 😅. I'm glad you liked it.

I like that most games try to implement the idea of "growing plants to save the world" but you are doing the oposite here! Nature is the enemy. Well done, I had fun playing it!

Great game! The puzzles are well done, and the character control is perfect. Felt nice to play. The idea is cool too. The only thing I would do to improve it a little more is to make more obvious that the "outline diamonds" are actually switches. You eventually end up figuring it out, but it took some time for me at least.

Good work!

This game was amazing. The art reminds me a lot of Hyper Light Drifter (A game I personally love). The premise is simple but so well executed. I only have some improvements to suggest to make it even more awesome:

  • There are some minor Z ordering problems with the characters (if you get too close your character overlaps). This can be probably solved by placing the origin point at the bottom.
  • The first door that leads outside the building is not very visible, took me some time to figure out.
  • There was one particular obstacle that dragged me and killed me, but I was not in it's way. Maybe making the colliders smaller could help.

But to be honest I'm impressed by the beautiful art, the music and the world design (you really feel the progression).

Congrats!

This is a very nice idea! The rotation is very well implemented, you really feel the "drag" with the ground. The only thing I would add is some obstacles (maybe after you surpass certain score?). I think having some walls will make you turn more, increasing the risk of collission. I couldn't beat the high score (but still have lots of time to try!). My max was 83 so far.

Thanks for playing to the end! I'm glad you found it relaxing and that you wanted more prebuilt statues! I was lacking a little imagination so this were the only ones I could come up without wasting so much time, but I would like to add more as soon as they come to mind.

Thanks for sharing your table!

This is a great take on Papers Please. Loved all the characters, dialogues are super fun. That minion's expiration date was kind of suspicious (?) haha. Great creativity for the different species that pop up. Had a good time overall, but I realised I made a mistake and I didn't get any type of punishment. Maybe add a score for this demo just for fun? It could be based on response time + right answers.

Congrats!

Very nice retro aesthetic. Also the music is great, and fits the game very nicely. The controls need a little bit of improvement (but this is usually the hardest part to achieve on a plattformer). My suggestions are: Try adding some "coyote time" and some jump cache, and making the player's and enemy's bounding box a little bit smaller. This will make the game easier, but you can try adding difficulty in other ways (more enemies and traps that require precise controls).

The game is beautiful overall and I enjoyed it. But if you add this improvements you could easily expand it and make a large game that many (including me) would certainly enjoy.

Nice work!

Very cute idea! Love the pixelart in the Animals. The music is also nice.

I liked the spotlight effect, very well done! Great presentation overall.

Haha this is such a fun idea. Love the "shadow" that catches you when you fail. I think you should be able to get some sense of the dialogue when you are under the blankets. It makes it hard to know when you are allowed to leave and continue playing. But I could definitely see this expanded into a larger horror game. Congrats!

Hi! I saw that there are some good fonts provided and I would really love to use those in whatever game I make for the jam. However, there's no dot, exclamation and questionmark characters. Am I free to add them?

Thank you very much for playing! 2500 is not bad! I'm glad that it helped you reduce the adrenaline from the previous games!

I really enjoyed your game! Truly, I think it's my favourite from the jam. Super original, for some reason you want to help all the characters. I also like the fact that it's made in React. I would love to see this as a full game. With a good story I would even pay for it. Congrats!
