You gave up too early after you got stuck. After your death you restart at the last beacon you hit just like you suggested! We've got a lot of changes upcoming including save codes like old school games in case you want to quit and play later and start at  the last beacon you left off of.

This was a good game, agreed.

I posted this elsewhere but I'll say it here. Your commentary was *awesome*. You know exactly how to explain what makes a game good. We're sad we didn't make your top 10 but this was really good content and will help us moving forward when thinking about our games. Your channel definitely deserves to grow.

Overall pretty good game. Gameplay took a while to figure out, but the visuals and music were great!

Hello! We are a father & son team that developed Echoes: Volume I in under a week (we started a day late). We had a blast working together.

Echoes is a maze / mystery game. As you dive deeper under the water, more and more of the story unfolds.

We have a lot of features we're planning to implement including save states, revised story and dialogue, improved enemy play, stealth, & a way to track where you've been so as to decrease player frustration.

Thank you for the update. The "initial beacon" is a good idea. We'll discuss using it in a future update.

Excellent feedback. On our next update we're releasing a way to save your progress so that the next time you start the game you can start at the beacon you left off at. This was made by a father and son team and we had a blast!

Great game! The music and sounds were the highlight. Huge Death's Door vibes for sure. Also, the visuals were really good... definitely one of my favorites so far!

I love the kitchen theme and I love how you tied it in creatively with the overall theme of the jam!

The graphics are nice, the music makes me feel good--- overall a pretty good game!

Cool game! Bad Piggies but underwater--- love it! It took me a while to figure it out but I got the hang of it!

Cool game! Well polished and pretty good overall. It fits the way in more than one!--- dive deeper into the pits of Atlantis and dive deeper into an investigation. And wow, lots of content for 7 days.
