Not sure, might depend on if you have a banner or screenshots, or depend on the font size or something. I checked your public pages and they don't have the download button at the top for me.

The download button appears at the top of the screen if your screen width is smaller than a certain amount (so that its easy to use on mobile)

Never got to play this game on video, but I really like this it feels super nice. Definitely in the top 3 for me

I think that you would have different puzzles rather than easier puzzles, the challenges would have to come from the interaction of the different world views and the limitations that are oppossed upon you by them rather than the difficuly that comes from dropping down when switching views which imo is more of a frustrating kind of challenge than mental exercise.

You can't move depth in 2D, however you could technically change depth without the player realising. It is a little bit unintuative for the player to switch from 3D to 2D and then no longer be standing on a platform I think. This is something that Fez does as you change the viewing angle. Pretty cool game though, these things are definitely something I would consider exoerimenting with if you are planning to move forward with this neat game idea.

Excellently polished game, I had very little critisism with this game so not too much to say here!

I made a video of myself playing the game for the first time and speaking my thoughts, hopefully its useful to you even though I was tired and the audio balancing is messed up (The game was excellent, so I don't have a lot of feedback!).

Thanks for making this game, it was a blast to play.

I found the difficulty curve a little bit too steep and wasn't able to get very far in this game after a long time, but it looked absolutely amazing and there was a storyline which was pretty cool.

I made a playthrough of this game in this video, unfortunately I was pretty tired and the audio balancing on the video is messed up but hopefully there is some useful info in there about what its like for someone playing the game for the first time.

Thanks for making this game and uploading it!

Pretty neat game, kind of wish that when you switched to the 3D mode you would always be standing on the thing you were standing on in the 3D mode. It was a neat concept and really cool to see pulled off in a game jam but needed a little bit more polish.

I played the game in a video and spoke what I was thinking, was a little tired and I messed up the audio balancing but hopefully there is some useful stuff in there for you.

Thanks for making and uploading this game, really cool idea!

Pretty awesome game, probably the most fitting game for the theme that I have played so far. I had a weird bug where an anti-piracy theme popped up for seemingly no reason in the middle of a boss fight so I'm not sure if I accidentally triggered the easter egg or what.

Played this game on video, I am super tired and messed up the audio balancing but hopefully there is some useful information in there for you!

Thanks for uploading this game!

Thank you! UX and UI are honestly always my biggest struggles, especially with game jam games. I spent a huge amount of time making the portals draggable which is surprisingly hard in unity due to the differences in screenspace and world space.

Oh yea definitely, I had a lot of other ideas too which I mentioned in the devlog but in the end didn't get the time to figure out how to implement them

Baba is you was a big inspiration for this game, I had attempted something similar in the past but with WASD controls and it didn't work out at all, so when the theme was broken physics I thought I'd go back to the idea and give it another shot but with Q/E to control the timelines instead.

Thank you! I'm trying to get around to all of them but I have other things to do (although they are a lot more boring than playing games...)

Thank you!

Oh crap, I totally forgot that you could jump

The only level that really needs to use the time mechanic is the last one, the entire game was based around that since I spent the first 5 days getting that mechanic working but in the end I didn't have enough time to design and come up with ideas that properly use it. Might explore the idea again in the future, maybe with WASD direct controls instead of indirect controls. Thanks for playing it!

Pretty neat game, found it a little hard to shoot the walls since you need to hit them 3 time but hitting them pushes them back.

I've played the game on video and spoken my thoughts as they came, so hopefully there is some useful information in there to help you with improving this game and others in the future!

Thanks for making and uploading this game!

This was an awesome game, hard to rate fairly along with the other games since it wasn't made in the game jam but the level of polish was just absolutely insane! Really cool game, I really liked this one and it does get pretty challenging towards the end. Once it hit 18, I was really struggling!

I've uploaded some gameplay footage where I played the game and just spoke what I was thinking, which should have some useful information in it.

Thanks for making and uploading this game!

This was a pretty interesting game, a few little nitpicks and I couldn't quite beat the boss due to going back to the start of the game. With a bit more polish, this could be a really amazing game!

I've uploaded some gameplay footage where I played the game and spoke some thoughts about what was going on, hopefully this might come in handy when trying to evaluate what worked and what could use improving.

Thanks for making and uploading this game!

Awesome game, really liked this one! I played it on video while speaking some thoughts about it so there is probably some useful info in there if you want to see some first time gameplay footage. Thanks for making this game

Thanks! I've been getting better feedback than I expected so maybe in the future I'll do something more with this idea. There are some key problems to work out though, especially with the portals and showing time jumps.

Haha thanks!

Thank you! It's really hard to show off the time portals sending you back in time, since only 1 puzzle really requires there use. Maybe in the future, I could come up with some more ways to show that off.

Gracias!

Thank you! I'll make sure to take that into account for my future projects

Thanks! The solution to the ramp part is to turn around and go back the way you came which I agree is confusing.

Thanks! I think getting lost is on me for making the stair room so confusing

Thanks, Scanner sombre was an inspiration for the game of course but I tried mixing it up a little. Not sure how well it worked out, I'd try some other mechanics in the future if I ever make this particle style of rendering again.

Thank you!

Pretty nice game, I liked the dialogue. I think that it could be improved with better communication that you can pass through the fish once you can progress to the next level since there is a barrier of fish at the bottom of the world which you are taught to avoid at the start of the game.

I liked the bit where I hunted a dag in the maze in 3 dimensions

nice, thats pretty quick!

Thanks for the nice comment, the game is doing better than I hoped and I do plan do create a longer and fuller version of the game. I love your idea of the logic gates, as it would work very well witb this style of game play.

thanks so much for reviewing the game, that shortcut I never even thought about that shortcut thing, but that last puzzle can be frustrating anyway. 3 hour thing was something me and my friend (Trollbae) did for fun

Also : Please put feedback on the games pages, as Trollbae might not see messages put here

Me and my friend both made a game in 3 hours, and we put both of our games on itch.io at about the same time! I am looking for people to have a look at both our games and judge them for us.

Any feedback is good feedback, and both of us would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Game Details

Entanglement is a puzzle game about manipulating the world to get results that you want (getting to the exit). It is made in Unity, is short and lasts 10 - 20 minuites but requires a lot of thought to get through it. If it does well I might release it as a full game.

TV189 Russian Front is a prequal to the TV189 series by trollbae. Russion Front places you in a large open world, and tasks you with finding and collecting keys to escape. It was made in game guru and takes around 30 mins to complete.
