Yeah, had a bit of fun making it all happen, but in retrospec it was very taxing as well

It happens, we had a similar situation a year ago. great looking game though

Thank you! We had fun doing it, that is for sure

Great stuff, really love the retro feel of it all!

Thank you for the kind words! I enjoyed your entry as well.

Thank you for the kind words! If you have any suggestions or comments would love to hear them on how we can improve the experience.

Thank you for the feedback. I loved watching the playthrough! If you have any suggestions or comments I would love to hear what you have to offer. Again, your time is very much appreciated!

Buddy, thanks for the kind words. There were certainly some things we could have changed that would have made it better. That is what happens when you are close to the project. QA testing is important to ensure players and others understand what it is they need to do. So, great feedback. We have made those changes already and will be updating them with our post-results update! Thanks for playing. I will take some time to get into your game tomorrow afternoon.

Love the art and style. I watched a few of the streams during the production. I really enjoyed the stream where you guys were working on things in MIRO to get the plan in place! Super smart idea

Really enjoyed this game! However, one of the levels, the pushing block pushed me out of the level and I was unable to move forward. Thanks for the game, I streamed it on my channel at the 3HR mark.

Really enjoyed the playthrough on this one. I liked how the damn buggers kept spawning and pushing me to focus. I was stupid and didnt think I could just use the mouse.... should have read the instructions I guess! Otherwise, very fun and I can certainly see this being made into a mobile game. Keep up the great work.

Really great read. Thanks for sharing!

Great breakdown! I ended up finishing the game and really liked it!

I agree, the scroll wheel does make 100% sense. I was thinking on this during the stream and wanted to see what, if any, choice would be better and the only thing I could think of was a timed zoom based on the holding down of RMB. However, upon further thought this would complicate the distance focus so, I am not sure there is a correct button setup.

It didnt honestly hurt the score, just some thoughts that I had. Real cameras have manual focus and auto focus, perhaps an auto focus that took a bit of fiddling to get right would add the same feel but leave less annoyance on the player. I loved the art and the overall theme of the game. Great submission!

Lastly, I got some real vibes from the old pokemon game where you had to take pictures of them. I half thought it would be that when I started. :)

The issue is that you would spawn on the outside of the asteroid, so I was auto falling over and over and over again. I did a live video of it, let me see if I can find the timestamp for you.

Control for the zoom should have been different, otherwise a super fun and cute game!

I was unable to get past the second level due to a spawn error that put you on the outside of the asteroid. :(

Thanks, we wanted to make the loss of the areas important. I think the tic rate was a bit too fast and we could have let the player know via audio or something. Oh well, food or thought! Thanks for the playthrough

Thanks for playing, the coder put in a hacky method for the NPC's to attack the boxes and such... was never meant to attack the player. When we added that in the last minute we found out the monsters do damage no matter how far they are from you ;) If the animation plays, you take damage!

Thanks, yeah we need to figure out better methods for making the intro into the game easier! Appreciate the comments and playthrough.

Wood (fire) allows you to kill monsters faster, and the boss. Snow (ice) allows you to keep your ice wall up longer. The goal should be to stay 10 rounds, but if you dont keep your icewall up it wont happen. Also, the turrets run on those things, so for the hoards of enemies (that we didnt get to add in) you would need those resources. :P

Not a bad idea, pressed E to auto farm would have been a great idea :( Thanks for the review

done! thanks for the idea

Great idea.. I will do that now!

We are aware, sadly this was a bug that showed up right before we pushed. I cant fix it till they allow me to upload the new version. :(

Yeah, we are aware. I cant modify the download file with the fixed compile version due to the lockout. Once they allows us to modify it I will be posting the new stuff.

It is an error our plugin created. We cant update a fix for it until after they let us modify the submission from the Jam :(

Thank you for the video!

Thank you!

We wanted it open for a reason. I think fun little things like this are what make a great game. However, most of that was due to running out of time. 2 days (1 day wasted on idea) for a jam is really hard on a full 3d game. We have plans to expand upon it and tighten up those things, or make them part of the map.

thanks for the kind words! How did you cheat? Curious!!!

I had not heard of it, honestly. However, since looking it over we will certainly see what we can do. That is ALOT of time for a gamejam.

We wanted to make it loopy on purpose. The car is toony and top heavy, I can see where a person might be confused by that though. Thank you for the input!

Sounds like a keyboard issue. Only way the vehicle turns left or right is A and D. This suggests some type of input issue. We will certainly take a look and go from there.

As for the VR, this is great info!!! Thank you very much.

Thanks, we had a blast making it. Who knows if it will end up being anything!!!

I felt that might be an issue, so I put the red brake lights on the rear (real tanks dont have that) and the lights on the front. I guess it didnt help :( Glad you liked it thought!

Very cool, would love to see it! We just did this for a jam, so probably vaporware unless people really love it.

Thank you for the review. It is very rewarding to see people play and understand how/why they might get stuck on things. A good ol' tutorial would certainly do wonders to help ease players in. I tried to use the orange arrow things to point people in the right directions but it seems even that is no match for humans free will! If you would have completed all 5 sites you would have seen the end screen. Thanks again for testing it.

Thank you very much for your time and review. We are looking at a post update within the next few weeks that will fix most of the blaring issues as well as cleaning up the UI. Thanks again!

Thank you very much! We had a blast making it. Wish we would have started at the beginning of the gameJam, but didnt know we were gonna join till the last minute. I will be posting an postJam update within the next few weeks.
