This one is super cool and I'd wanna keep playing if you expanded on it after the jam! It would be nice if you didn't have to be so precise with grappling hook for some more fluid movement, but still this one was solid all around.
Wow dude, this game deserves more visibility! I don't know if you're planning on continuing its development for a full release, but I believe it is worth it, lots of potential! Great game feel. Great art. I also made some sort of parkour kinda thing game if you wanna rate it too ^^
Very cool game! Swinging felt great, but I still don't really know how to tell when I can grapple something and when not. Presentation is also very nice and it's an interesting combination of 3D and pixel art. Good job!
Swinging felt so great!! Sometimes the range was hard to gauge so i fell quite a lot. It was also not super clear the difference between left and right click at first, so I had a bit of trouble getting started at first. But really got into the groove after a bit of practice!! The swinging was really fun!! Awesome work
I really love the idea of this game. However I had a few issues that made me really annoyed.
1. When swinging if you let go you kind of lose your momentum which feels kind of awkward
2. The random fireballs seemed more of a headache than they should be. For example I would kill an enemy then bounce straight up into a fireball and not have any time to react.
Overall though I think this was a really good game. I loved the style of it and chaining swinging and killing enemies felt really good when I could get it!
Fun mechanics and when you get the swing of things it is really a blast. But being unable to see the range indicator when holding RMB is really frustrating. So many deaths because it feels rather difficult to judge the distance - I made most of my progress by climbing straight up walls by alternating left and right mouse with good timing. I think I made it just about to the end, there’s that bridge you have to walk across with like five enemies. I’m sure with a little patience I could’ve walked by them, but it seemed like an odd endpoint to the game. Like, maybe trying to kill them was the wrong idea? I wasn’t able to figure it out after multiple tries and gave up, since the last checkpoint is super far away and the only way I could figure out how to leave that particular platform was really tedious. Had I made it past then I would’ve had a time like 33 min or so - I really try to beat a game before I rate it or give feedback!
Would’ve really appreciated the ability to quick restart too, some of those falls are loooong. It’s pretty solid overall though, despite my complaints.

This game is genuinely incredible. Both the gameplay and art style is top tier. My only complaint is that the level design can be janky in some areas, which hinders the satisfying movement. Regardless, I love this game and I want it to be a full release someday lol
