Very well done! The amount of content and polish for 6.5 hours is amazing! I wish the camera was a little further away to make dodging the rouge asteroids a bit easier, but a small complaint due to personal playing style. The map implementation is done nicely and this is an excellent submission overall.
I believe that's why planning isn't included in the jam timeframe, it would be too difficult to research, learn and deploy new mechanics in the 3 hour window. I'm curious how you implemented the mechanic, did you create a list of points by tracking the cursor at short intervals following a mouse click?
Thanks for the feedback! I've been trying to improve my audio skills recently so it's cool to hear you enjoyed the mix.
Excellent point on the physics, something I'll need to keep in mind with these types of games especially. It could definitely use more tweaking. Thanks for the constructive comment!
The gameplay is smooth and it feels good too. The white-on black is simple and works well with the sound. The difficulty is pretty steep, I was only able to get 7 max. It would be cool if there was a fixed timer for entering the code, I had a lot of drones expire before I could get the code in because they only had less than a second or so left when I scanned them.
Hi everyone, it's been awhile. I've been working on a big project, and I'm ready to take a break and crush a jam. I have project prototyped, all graphic assets ready to go. The build in Unity will take me about an hour, and I need a sound guy to create the SFX. It will be sci-fi with sounds for thrusters, pickup, drop, etc. I'll send you a list. If you're looking for a solid partner, reply here. Check out my profile for past jam entries.
Tonight preferred, I can make a little time tomorrow if it looks like a great match.
Cheers,

This is really fun! I love the detail with the character expressions. Also, the way you can bump the blocks and move them around adds a nice touch of difficulty and strategy. It would be cool if the next block would only iterate between the edges of the exposed blocks, (once you start climbing higher and the initial platform disappears).
Very well done, I can see myself returning to play this multiple times!
Wow it gets intense!! I got into a nice rhythm at just under 1 minute, and was cruising for a bit. Then I got blown out of the water in the last 0:20 haha. Fun to play, excellent interpretation of the theme, and the game flowed well. I like the extra attention to detail in that you can't click a flower until it's completely bloomed. Well done!
Ahhhh I can't get the last guy in the top left corner!! I got all the others though. I love the crouching and jumping mechanics, it really felt like I was controlling a group of really dumb mindless zombies hahah. Really cool concept, and nice balance between fun and frustrating to keep the player trying new angles and approaches to try to climb the platforms. Nice game!
Cool roguelike! I like the enemy variations. I found the shooting a little hard to control, it felt like I would dodge and then shoot in the wrong direction, then have to re-dodge, then run away cause they were too close haha. I hope you guys keep making games together, I'd love to see what you come up with as you practice more!
