This is really fun! I love the detail with the character expressions. Also, the way you can bump the blocks and move them around adds a nice touch of difficulty and strategy. It would be cool if the next block would only iterate between the edges of the exposed blocks, (once you start climbing higher and the initial platform disappears).

Very well done, I can see myself returning to play this multiple times!

Really well done for three hours! Gameplay is excellent, good audio and ambiance. Movement gets a little sticky on some of the objects, but that to be expected for the timeframe and browser play. Fun to play, well done!

Cool idea! Pretty fun to watch all the little guys go to battle and see the big swings.

Wow it gets intense!! I got into a nice rhythm at just under 1 minute, and was cruising for a bit. Then I got blown out of the water in the last 0:20 haha.  Fun to play, excellent interpretation of the theme, and the game flowed well. I like the extra attention to detail in that you can't click a flower until it's completely bloomed. Well done!

Ahhhh I can't get the last guy in the top left corner!! I got all the others though. I love the crouching and jumping mechanics, it really felt like I was controlling a group of really dumb mindless zombies hahah. Really cool concept, and nice balance between fun and frustrating to keep the player trying new angles and approaches to try to climb the platforms. Nice game!

Wow this is really hard! I love the concept, and other than the difficulty being really high, its pretty fun! Nice job on the audio and the effects, they make the shooting and collisions really satisfying.

It's kind of hard to see what I'm actually doing, or if I've accomplished anything. Some feedback would be nice, so you can tell if you're moving the pill to the right spot.

I couldn't figure out how to grab the humans, the hook doesn't seem to work for me.

This one speaks the truth! You won't get many views or ratings without a web build

Yeah nicely done! Yes I have the same name, just without the "13" at the end.

Really good sound effects for sure! They really add a lot to the game. Great concept, I had a little difficulty placing the blocks, some way of rotating the clusters before you place them would be cool. The learning curve on the gameplay is great, feels nicely balanced!

Nice challenge and I like the effects of the electricity flowing through the wires. Difficulty is good too, I only had to restart a few levels, and the simple controls are nice. Perfect interpretation of the theme, well done!

Cool roguelike! I like the enemy variations. I found the shooting a little hard to control, it felt like I would dodge and then shoot in the wrong direction, then have to re-dodge, then run away cause they were too close haha. I hope you guys keep making games together, I'd love to see what you come up with as you practice more!

The visuals and audio work well for the game, and the theme is spot-on in my opinion. The level progression is really good until the level where you have to switch a lot of directions fast, I tried this one about a dozen times before I got frustrated and gave up. I think you could tweak the controls a little bit so that you don't have to time it for when you're exactly on the square, it would make it a little easier to play at the higher speeds without sacrificing too much.

You got the mechanics down well. Once I figured out what all the bars and meters did, it was really fun switching around between the cannons and blasting away! I liked the challenge of getting in the rhythm of the pattern of the gun switch order and the switch cool down. Once you start to feel it, the game flows well.

Nice little clicker game! A sound for when you have insufficient energy for a purchase, or gray out the unaffordable options would be cool. A little more space for the energy amount text would be good too, so you can see how much you have when you get over 10,000.

Really fun, I played a lot of times to try to beat my highest score. The movement animations and VFX polish look great, well done!

Really fun! I enjoyed trying to figure out a winning strategy. You got the game balanced out nicely, well done!

The ambiance is really cool, I found that the audio and art styles really complemented each other. The suspense level was perfect, as was the ending. I thoroughly enjoyed playing!

I really like the music changing mechanic! The way it kicks in when you touch the energy spheres sounds cool haha.

Fun little game! I like how the score scales up with the speed, making it high-risk / high-reward when you're really flying along. I wish it had some sound!

Wow really nice take on the theme! Nice challenging gameplay without being too hard to grasp right away.

I really like the idea, and the page design adds a lot to the experience right out of the gate. I found the difficulty level really high, it felt like I was just learning how to move and aim, and then earth was already eaten. Some sort of game over or win mechanic would be awesome too, I really wanted to save the earth after reading the epic backstory and mission data!

The art and sounds made it feel like one of the old DOS arcade games from the early 90's. I love the look and feel. It would be really cool to see some of the story on the page put into the game, with maybe a training mission and some simple pixel VFX -  Obviously too much for the jam time, but maybe a future build?

Feels very much like an ancient arcade game from the 80s! The scope is perfect for a the jam time, and the minimalist graphics must have let you focus on perfecting the mechanics, because the movement feels very responsive and snappy, with just the right amount of cushion.

Impressive for a 2-hour timeframe. The gameplay lasts just long enough that I played it several times over just to try to get better. It could use just a tiny bit of polish and maybe some short tunes, something very retro sounding would add a lot to the experience.

Your art looks really nice and the theme flows well. Some ambient melodies and sounds would really add to the feel. I love how many cannons I could fit onto my ship hahaha!

I feel like the text was a bit hard to pay attention to, it seemed to draw focus away from the  gameplay instead of flowing with it. Maybe some sort of interval or gap in the rocks would help.

The way the rocks blossomed was a really cool idea!

Some sort of closure to the game would really round it out nicely.

Thank you so much for the detailed review. Most don't take the time to go so in-depth, and its very appreciated!

A very good point on the input on PC, something I never even thought of. It will have to be addressed, especially in a timing game like this.

Interestingly, there actually is an ambient sound throughout the levels (and it is a wind howl! :) ). There seems to be an issue with it playing consistently on some browser iterations, I've noticed this in other projects as well.

I love your observation on the balloon, your choice of the word "odd" to describe it fits in exactly with the title and theme of the game!

Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks again for the feedback!

Cool concept! The reloading mechanic fits the gameplay very well, nice job of eliminating another key for the player to push while adding a timing challenge!

I really enjoyed how the music kicked in, it gets you into a relaxed shooting mode. Nice interpretation of the theme too!

Thank you so much for the hint button!! Haha fun game!

I love that you had time to make different worlds!!

Really good job on the mechanics and gameplay!

I love this! Its all very overwhelming at first, but if you give it just a few minutes it really picks up! Well done sir.

I love the story, I hate that the window is stuck in the bottom right of my screen because I feel like I'm missing something! Cool idea. Nice job putting it all together; I felt like it flowed through real well, and I felt accomplished at the end.

Excellent artwork! Your experience shows. I found the hits really hard to do at first, interesting learning curve for sure. Overall very well done.

Bro... the mouse movement is really hard, I can't tell if I'm getting a reset or the movement is glitching! I love the concept tho. Would love to see this expanded further.

Ah man... make it in WebGL next time so we can play!

Bro I Love your stuff, I want to collab with you, hit me up on the trijam discord.

The gameplay loop is great! Nice job on the death sequence too, it feels very painful lol. Excellent submission
