Thank you so much for the suggestions! We didn’t know Kabounce, surely we’ll take a look at it!

Grazie mille ;)

Interesting concept, it inspires me some ideas for a full game like a linear experience where the player needs to type the text of memories they are writing, all contextualized with the current scene.

e.g. “I moved towards the barn, - it was full of zombies, - at one point I saw a door” etc.

I like the actual game and it’s really enjoyable! I agree with everything already said by CoderAngel.

The art is sooo good! Also the gameplay is simple and well done.

A little note: maybe it’s just a thing of mine, but it would be more comfortable if the jump had been on W instead of spacebar (it wouldn’t have destabilize the hand on the right side)

Love the mood and art, specially when night falls.

Unfortunately I found controls a bit difficult, so I’ve not been able to move particularly forward.

The day/night cycle is interesting in this kind of game, have you considered to add a mechanic in relation to it? For example during night some platforms are visible, so the player have to wait until it and then rush the rest of the level and stuff like this (if you inserted something like this yet, sorry, but I I couldn’t finish the game :c )

My god… I felt the heaviness of get up in the morning, thinking to not have reasons to going on etc, with “just” four well done mini-games.

Nothing to say, until now this is best game I’ve played in this jam.

Really satisfying mechanic and well executed. I really like the weird style with some “random” and hilarious things happening during the gameplay. To Be Carptinued lel.

Just a little feedback: I would suggest to limit the camera rotation (and maybe add a bit of delay) just when the player is using/hitting with the bat, it will become more understandable where they are throwing the carps.

Bel lavoro, complimenti!

Well… a nice and true reminder

Thank you so much, we’re really glad you had fun!

Nothing to say about it, really good idea and well executed.

Really good time/resources optimization, being the game made in one day (e.g. I liked the use of the same colour for enemies and illuminated areas, only visible with the power-up of black circle. I imagine that didn’t require additional code, but just a smart use of colours(?))

If you have another player at home, hope you’ll have fun with our game! If not, you can still play it, but there’ll be not so in-game competition ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I state that I love shooter games, and this one gave me a good feeling about shooting at things! The bullet-life mechanic is really interesting and well done, the possibility to “grab” the bullet blowed my mind. GGWP

Here are some notes:

In first person it’s difficult to understand how big is my trigger capsule, for me it was a bit hard to grab the running bullet. Maybe you can solve this with a grace mechanic like automatically attract the bullet in a certain range (bigger than ch. trigger).

Moreover I would also add a “reset level” key, instead of waiting the bullet death, knowing already that I have failed.

[a little bug report] If I’m in the “level completed” screen, I think that the scene continues to run, so if I don’t rapidly click the spacebar, the “you’re dead” screen appears.
