A little unwieldy but it's a neat concept.

I love this take on the fishing idea, and it looks so beautiful. Controlling the fish was nice but I would get a little disoriented when it got turned upside down a bit. Shark was pretty spooky felt like it was always behind me. Really good for 48 hours, I would definitely play it if it was tuned up just a little

Very original idea! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, i love it. Needs some camera and control improvements to shine.

The game is nice and relaxing, and I really liked the graphics! I found the way the camera moved very disorienting though - I had trouble even knowing which way was up, and sharks could easily creep up on me. I also found the controls a bit awkward, but I think I’m just used to inverted up and down in games like this. Overall, though, nice work, very chill!

The controls for the game where a little difficult but overall the game was really fun. I loved your take on the theme.

Submitted(+1)

The controls were kinda hard at first but once i got a hang of it the game was actually quite enjoyable!
The animations on the fish are very polished and the take on the theme is cool. Good job!

Had a jump scare with that shark! Well done.  The controls were a bit tricky, but I feel like that more due to my lack of coordination.

That was a really calming to play! I do feel like I was getting a lost a lot of times with the camera though having me go upside down, but I thank you for adding the inversion for the Y-axis it made it easier to get around sometimes.

Very calming for a game about fattening up and sacrificing yourself to an elder god. A+

Great graphics and good idea, but the controls were not for me, and I think that the shark hitbox is a bit too big. Good job!

Amazing game! I really liked the presentation, how the fish looked, and the animations - great polish! The shark was scary and intimidating

It's interesting seeing a game with a concept similar to ours but with a very different goal :'D. The camera was a bit disorienting but the vibes are very much on point. Very cool and relaxing. Nice game!

I really liked this. At first I was a bit frustrated by the AWSD controls, until I realized that was that was part of the challenge. Great job!

Cool camera controls, though it's a bit dizzy. I like the style of the game, it is somewhat pleasing with all the fishes swimming around

Oh it took me a bit to figure out what I was doing, but I got there. Once I figured it the controls are kinda like a flight sim, my brain really wanted "up arrow" to be "go downward" but that's probably just me. :P Maybe an option to choose key settings in a future version.

Developer

there is a toggle in the bottom left to invert flight. Thanks for playing!

So... I'm a fish... and I need to send myself to... death?

Weird but cute!

Fisherman: Thanks for nature's bounty!

Very beautiful graphics. You nailed the swimming animation perfectly. I would have added kelp or sea weed at the bottom of the world to help with the sense of direction, because I got disoriented when I couldnt reference up and down. Had a great time being eaten.

That's a great idea, thanks for playing!
