This is a pretty interesting take on the topic, and I think the idea of having to balance out a diagram is pretty interesting overall. The graphics are great, and so are the sound effects and music. My only complaint is that the difficulty spike is a bit harsh - you barely get accustomed to the general flow before it descends into QTE segments, essentially. Besides that, brilliant game!

This is a very fun one, I love the abundance of different upgrades and the Vampire Survivors-like gameplay. Good job on this one!

This is pretty fun and actually quite polished, the only thing I feel is a little bit off is the movement that is guided by both the mouse and WASD. Despite that, you have a pretty good take on the theme with a neat idea that is executed rather well, and I love the additions of upgrades, even though most of the time you won't be shooting a lot to avoid eating your own bullets and actually taking the time to aim. The music is nice, and so are the SFX. Also, props to you for making this with C++, that alone deserved a shoutout I feel like.

This game is pretty cool, and I genuinely love the models, they look very nice. The camera is pretty awkward, mainly because of it's pivot. Casting in my opinion takes waaaay too long considering how many enemies there are, and the tracking system doesn't really help with it, but it's very impressive how many abilities and interactions you actually have managed to fit in in such a short timeframe that make the combat more varied.

Thank you for the review! Yeah, the initial plan was to make the robot and player have different abilities to contrast them better, we were actually thinking of making the player do a melee attack, but we ran out of time so we had to cut corners.

Thanks for the review! Yeah, the visuals could use more work, but we couldn't really improve them because of lost time that was spent on trying to fix animation bugs. The sounds very made very hastily so I'm glad they sound good. I'll be sure to check your game out as well!

nice

Glad to hear that it will be modified. And about the music, I could help by composing it if you are interested. In case you are, here is a portfolio: https://soundcloud.com/wakerlink/sets/music-portfolio

A pretty solid-looking early version. Pixel-art is on-point, movement feels fine (even though a shorter jump/hop would be great) and the regular art is outstanding. However I do feel like the attack's range could be a tiiiiny bit longer, because it feels a little short consider how enemies get to launch projectiles. Another thing that I felt was off is the lack of sound effects, music, but is understandable consider how this is a demo, and I would actually love to help with that. Other than that, very good job, looking forward to how this is going to turn out.
