The idea is really clever, and the game was pretty fun to play. The models of mice and snake were really cute, though some simple animations would really add a lot here. Also, very small detail, but I really liked how you told the goal of the game without explicitly spelling it out to the player. Overall, nice entry :)
Really nice idea, the puzzles were enjoyable to solve, and the game fits the theme pretty well. It's just a nitpick, but it would be nice to have some visual difference between the platforms with different shapes, since it was pretty hard to tell what was what when they were placed next to each other.
This is a really clever idea (especially the fact that you can select to play the card either on yourself or on the enemy). Really wish there was more variety in the game, and that the mechanics were explored more since they have a lot of potential. The art was nice and clean, and the tutorial did a really good job. Overall, pretty solid entry, well done :)
Really love the late 90s art style, very cute and well made! The concept is pretty interesting, though seems like you could explore the mechanics slightly more as the gameplay now is pretty basic. I totally get that it's hard to get things done in 48 hours though :), I'm pretty impressed with what you managed to do in such short time.
The idea is clever and the game is fun to play. Art is really nice, although I would make the switches stand out a bit more from the rest of the tiles. I'm really curious how do you solve the last level, since it looks like you cannot force the jumping robot to go left instead of right? Overall solid entry, well done :)
Took a while to figure out what is exactly going on, but this is brilliant! Really great idea and the game itself is really addicting and enjoyable to play, would work perfectly as a mobile game.
The game lacks some form of a tutorial (obviously xD) and you would want to polish it more if you were to do something more with it after the jam, but otherwise great job, really solid entry!
Absolutely loved this one! The game is funny and very enjoyable to play. Artstyle, music and soud effects were very cute and worked very well with the theme.
The connection to the theme feels slightly far-fetched, I wouldn't have gotten it at all if it wasn't written on the submission page.
Otherwise, there's really nothing bad I can say about this game. Really, really solid entry. Great job! :)
This was surprisingly addictive. If this was a mobile game, then I'd probably spend an unreasonable amount of time playing it :)
I had some technical issues while playing (in browser) -- the game occasionally had huge framerate drops. When restarting the level, you often get insta-killed, which is slightly frustrating, though not that much of a problem.
Otherwise, reaally solid entry, great job!
Really fun and enjoyable to play. The difficulty, length and variety hits the spot perfectly for a game jam entry. The art is very nice and the intro cutscene was pretty entertaining.
My only complaint is that the game mechanics could be conveyed slightly clearer. E.g. it would be nice to know the turn order, or have some indication whether Donkus is seen by the enemy.
Otherwise, really solid entry, well done!
This was really fun to play. The art is really good and detailed, great job on that!
Regarding controls, it was pretty awkward to interact with things. I believe that you have to be oriented towards something to interact with it (?) yet it wasn't that clear in the game. It would be good to display the "interact" prompt only if you actually can do this at the moment (you are close enough, etc.). Also placing it over mouse cursor would probably make it even clearer.
Otherwise, really solid entry, well done :)
Very neat idea! It would be nice to have some convenient way to restart the level apart from just getting to the exit. The conveyor belts had slightly awkward collisions, player often gets stuck on these and you have to abuse jump to get through.
Otherwise very pleasant game, the sprites and the intro cutscene were very cute :)
Thanks for the feedback! I agree that the power control could have worked better with the camera, unfortunatelly we ran out of time before we could address this issue. You can manually move the camera to make some more space for the cursor, but we get that this is not really that intuitive. Really glad you made it to the end :)
