This is one of the most appealing designs to me both visually and gameplay wise out of a lot of the games I've played in this jam, I enjoyed having to physically increase the speed of my hand as I increased speed in game and it was really nice to look at. My only issue was the arrow obstacles having the same light color as the player but otherwise everything was really well done

Thank you! your game has a great identity as well, I'd been trying to play it the last couple days but it wouldn't load until just earlier

Yeah I did! barely slept to get it all done... thank you for the kind words

Outside of getting the game working a lot of my time was spent on just getting the feel down, should've spent more time on the puzzles but oh well... thank you for playing!

Hey thank you! I'm glad you went the sand land route. I'm actually currently working on an updated version that does have air strafing and overhauled platforming feel, it was definitely a huge issue. I'll let you know when the update drops because it's been a huge positive change so far

Thank you! btw can't replicate the camera issue but I also had a dream about your game last night, so please consider expanding it bc it must have stuck with me quite a bit!

Thank you! and yeah it was definitely too ambitious for a game jam... lesson learnt!

This is a game I'd love to see expanded, maybe with lobster and crab battling. Really nice art, concept and use of the theme. Definitely got confused and failed pretty hard in the end, I was a complete fraud... I couldn't find any way to get government/investors to have a good opinion once they started to fall, other than that it was really well done (although admittedly it may just be a skill issue on my behalf)

Victory! I love the art and the concept, the loop was a little simple once I figured out the method and I'm not entirely sure what the point of the combat/killing vendors was during my time playing but it's still a really fun nice looking game.

Wow you made really good use of the mechanics, a lot of the puzzles were quite engaging even if a little too easy at times. I would like to see a follow up to this with the same mechanics but some more levels because this was a really great puzzler!

Really satisfying and nice art, would have been great to have it mix up the rhythm/speed a little more and I also broke the game by pressing on someone the instant the timer ran out but a pretty nice early build and a very solid first game

Probably the most well presented and put together game I've seen in this jam, really incredible and you can tell what a well put together team this is to make something so polished in such a short time!

Well I got 7/20... Very fun party game though and very stylish, so nice to look at and play, different category modes would be great too (space, animals, places, etc). Very cool even though it showed me that I'm really not good with trivia lmao

Excellent concept and very good execution, I had a big problem though and I'm unsure if it was a bug or intended but it really messed me up, my camera kept constantly rotating without any sort of input, it made it very challenging to position myself, turn, switch axis and get onto a platform because I was changing dimensions whilst battling the camera, it causes a lot of difficulty beyond understanding the puzzle design. Other than this everything is great! I would have loved it far more if I could get through it without getting a little sick but otherwise this is absolutely fantastic!

Really fun game and a great idea, it felt really satisfying to scale down to position and then quickly back up to fire, it has a nice rhythm. More enemies, content and scoring  + gamefeel would make this a legit very solid game. Maybe keep working after this and release on mobile too? I'd definitely play.

I'm sorry about the overheating lmao, I tried lowering the graphics as low as I could to keep the look whilst also not having the time to add settings, Which will be a priority later on. PS. the platforming section button opens a door behind you, just takes a little backtracking. (and sorry about the restarts lol... I didn't have time to do checkpoints)

PS for level 1, the button after the platforming requires some slight backtracking, so do some others.

Fixed that issue, but still lmk when some occur

If you fall and don't die in Level 1, Just go to main menu and retry.

There are some other audio and additional bugs/softlocks, let me know what they are as they come, this is my first gamejam and I went a little overambitious.

I hoped to include a level select and fix the menu's but saving was giving me issues and I ran out of time, and there was just a general lack of testing on my behalf unfortunately, but I had a lot of fun and I learnt a great deal through this process, mostly regarding level scripting.

I submitted this with about 10 minutes to spare, and it was not nearly as great as I had hoped. I do hope however that you all enjoy playing T.L. BETA, and I want to know what endings you choose (if you can even  get to the end)
