Yeah this is getting bloody ridiculous, I been waiting 20 days now for around a $100 payment, I have no idea what the problem is and heard nothing.

Really unprofessional. It was bad enough having to wait 14 days.

Where is our money?

Is there even any point sending you an email?

a professional would be sending *us* one offering an apology.

It's just infuriating.

I don’t see any active support tickets on your account, as described in the rules of this board we ask that account specific issues go to our support page.

Regarding payout scheduling, we work with a large number of sellers and to limit financial liability we have to take special precautions before sending money. Each new account we pay is a unique relationship with our business and we go through the same vetting process to prevent fraud, including a human review every payout request. Although we typically estimate a 14 day processing time for payout requests, sometimes it can take longer due to various factors that are specific to the account in question. Keep in mind many other platforms often have month long waiting periods before releasing funds.

Thanks for understanding

Thanks for your reply,

I hope you can understand my frustration with having to wait 3 weeks (so far, maybe 4? 5? who knows) to receive a mere $150 payout when up until this point the payouts have generally been 14 days or less, 4 days on at least one occasion.

I see no explanation for this longer duration in your reply.

If there is some particular issue (relating to my account) that I can assist you with then I would be glad to help.

Everyone is subject to the same review process, and the same minimum timeline with regards to every payout. In some cases, we may delay payout beyond the estimated time if additional review is necessary. In our system we don’t see any amount sent as a “mere XXX payout,” we apply the same process to everyone. Unfortunately we frequently have to deal with fraud, as we offer a free service for anyone to create an account and start selling at any time. By having a consistent review process for every account we can set a clear expectation to deter those that may try to cheat the system. Demanding to be paid sooner will never cause our team to pay you sooner, and it may in fact trigger additional review for your payouts. I hope you understand.

As I mentioned in the post you’re replying to, account specific issues must be handled through support. This is also mentioned in the rules of this community. A quick look at your account shows that your tax information is invalid and you are currently not eligible for payout. I recommend contacting support to assist you.

Thanks for your patience

So my tax information is suddenly invalid after 3+ years?

Ok, thanks for only letting me know this only after posting on this public forum.

Also I don't recall "Demanding to be paid sooner" so I don't appreciate your choice of words there.

Unbelievable, I hope there is somebody else available to properly deal with my situation.

Ok so apparently the tax interview has to be taken again after 3 years.

Thanks for letting me know, I had to find that out for myself.
