I liked the idea, but it was really hard to tell what was going on, lack of feedback on hitting enemies especially. I thought the bubble exits were me just dying randomly, until I noticed my depth meter had gone up. I made it to depth 4, then i think left the map behind or something as I went farther and farther down with nothing around me. maybe the “bubble exit” didn’t spawn?

Love a good punny title! I think I found a spot in Depth = 3 where I went off map, but overall cool concept and I love the aesthetics! I never feared fish as much as I did when playing this game...

I enjoyed this, and the fish were really cute. Playing as the octopus was very fun too. Definitely a bit rough around the edges, particularly the UI and some of the bugs mentioned, but I would absolutely play a full Gloctopus game!

enemies are missing, but the movement is cool, how did u animated it? procedural or 2 blend tree mixed? so curious :D

The gloctopus is all procedural actually! It uses some physics and IK rigging. Hopefully rerunning the game will fix the enemies, it can be a little janky sometimes.

I only met 2 fish. I don't know if this is a bug :/
Definitely need to work on tweaking the level generation for enemies. But it is on the lower end for now but deeper depths you should encounter more enemies.
