The art and game mechanics were awesome and tied really well with the story of how one can forcefully pull and the other can carry. It was fun!

I made a top ten video of the games from this jam. (Spoiler alert, this game is in it)

If you like the video, please feel free to share it :)

Check it out!

I liked the gameplay mechanics a lot! Really well made. Visuals and sound design were on point too. Well done!

Great choice of colors, I love the art! Great game!

Well put together, though I agree with evigouroux, a bit clunky.

I did get flashbacks to school using yellow chalk on a green board haha

A bit clunky at time but extremely nicely done. The way everything looks especially is a great touch, really good entry.

That's very cool!

This game is so cute!! I love the art style and the mechanics are so fun to play around with! There's a really fun sense of discovery to finding out you can jump -> swap -> psypull to get over a lot of things.

The last level seems a little arbitrarily difficult at points (after going up the wind it's really easy to mess up the psypull and fall all the way down and when you do get across I accidentally threw the princess off the edge of the screen because there's no wall there) but for the most part the game is incredibly well polished and fun. I could see this having a ton of potential as a Foddian-type game.

 Great job!

Psypull is history's greatest game mechanic. I spent an unreasonable time just toying with that mechanic it's absurdly fun to use, and it takes an already awesome super polished game to another level

Wowza, I love your style here, the double outlines are great for visibility.  The full score of music was something I had yet to see from this jam, and the length was satisfying, especially with the story beats.

As someone who has, himself, been working on a game about swapping between two differently abled protagonists, I can really appreciate the synergy you gave created here.
Great Job!

I LOVE this!!! Really unique gameplay, with interesting levels and very nice usage of the little 2-characters gimmick throughout them.

Truly a gem! …Although I didn’t understand where it applies for the light&dark theme.

I like the core mechanic but I struggled to get up the part near the start where you have to climb the platforms. I think it might be helpful to spend a little bit more time in the game easing the player into the chain mechanic.

The game is very cool and enjoyable. I liked the mechanics with switching characters and chain. The music is pleasant. The style and colors are very good.

Great game -- I played to the finish and really liked both the art and the creative mechanics.  I enjoyed that you left us to figure out how to manipulate the mechanics, as it added an element of logic puzzle in how to overcome various barriers.  It took practice, but I liked the challenge.  The chaining-together as a plot device reminded me of Hitchcock's "The 39 Steps," where the handcuffed male and female leads jump from rock to rock, he carries her, etc., and they start by bickering but get to know each other over time (quite different dynamic, though!).   Nice!

Some feedback I hope is helpful:  There are a few points where I think you are missing a collider at the left-hand edge of the visible gameplay area.  In the scene shown below, I grabbed the key and continued to the left (the camera does not follow) and fell right out of the game world.  I thought it would be a soft-lock but you helpfully have the Reset Room option.   This issue happened a second time in the final scene: after making my way from left to right, floating up onto the second level, and going back from right to left, I tried to alley-oop the princess onto a platform and she went clear off the screen to the left and we both fell (out of view of the camera) back to the first level, and then fell again out of the game world.

I had fun playing this -- really good job putting a complete game together with creative ideas in such a short time!
