The concept is amazing!
the game is in desperate need of timers for the change and ability cooldowns. I get you had to implement the theme but I think this concept might even just be better without the theme and the human form.
Even so, as an early prototype, this is really something, the art is top-notch, so keep going.
Great design! The gameplay is not so good. Not seeing some timer or expiration is making this a guessing game. It has a lot of potential after more tweaking but right now it is a nice artwork but not so much of a gameplay.
