Love the aesthetic, fun little game :)
Neat! Reminded me of Knightmare. Managed to beat it after finding some lucky ham :D Found the best tactic was to just frantically whale on the enemies before they could damage you
Interesting game and the combat was cool. The combat felt a bit too random though, like enemies were waiting for a random time period between attacks which could be too long and then randomly attacking a number of times.
Really cool game. The aesthetic is very unique. The same seems simple at first but the combat mechanic is actually very clever and requires a lot of thought to get out undamaged
I really liked this game, and I think the combat mechanic it's based on is super unique. I think it could be a bit more clear when an enemy's attack is going to deal damage, as often I felt like I was getting hit even when I'd seemingly avoided an attack animation. Aside from that, the monster design was delightfully grotesque and the music was great! Nice job!

Overall, good submission. Well done for making it in 7 days!
Thanks for the feedback. This is very good review.
>> Does money do anything at the moment? If not, you could add a shop system.
At this point in the game there are stores (These are rooms with two coins on the map), just in them if you have money items are bought in any case. If you do not have the right amount of money, then the item is destroyed. We wanted to make the mechanics of the stores more elaborate, but unfortunately there was not enough time.
>> I noticed that in the move where you run forward before entering the next room, you cannot choose a different door to the one you are in front of. Was this intentional?
Yep it’s a bug. Nope, it’s not intentional. We just didn't test the game enough. And when we noticed this bug, the one-week deadline had already passed.
