It has a retro band feel, the game's immersion is great, and the music is also excellent!

Looking forward to future updates of the game:)

Pretty cool game. I liked the music in the sixties van when you were just walking around. That was my favorite

This is such a great start! I love the idea of the small taste we got being contained in the car. absurd but funny. You are def onto something here! hope you guys finish this!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! We just have two more dialogue trees to script, we should have it ready soon!

Submitted(+1)

I really like what is there. The art is cool, music is great and I'm very curious to see how the story evolves.

Developer

Thanks!

Ok, there isn’t much game, but what there is looks very promising. The art style looks cool, and the music is awesome. The humour is there too, so I will definitely be checking out the game when it’s finished.

Loved the concept and atmosphere, I am following you to play the final release some day!

Developer

Thanks! We're working on it right now :)

Submitted

I wish I could play it, but it doesn't pass the loading page. Is there a downloadable version?

Developer

I just added the desktop versions (no changes made to the content).

Submitted(+1)

Thank you! I could play it now, looks great and the music transitions are smooth!! congratulations.

Submitted(+2)

Aw, such a pity that you didn't manage to finish it. I had fun exploring what's there and I really loved the music transitions especially.

Developer

Thanks! We're really proud of those :)

An interesting and fun setting with lovely graphics and music. I liked it! Extra points for the puns.

Can't wait to play the finished version!

Developer

Thank you!

Interesting story, good music, smooth animation.

Developer

Thanks!

This is awesome. The artwork is fantastic, as are the characters. The music is great too. And the animations are the icing on the cake. Simply wonderful. I can't wait for the finished game! :)

Oh, and I like the cheeky title for your game. ^^

Developer

Thanks! We hadn't chosen a title yet, we had five minutes left to submit, and the game was unfinished. It was the obvious choice!

Submitted(+2)

I really enjoyed this and will be sure to come back once it is all finished. I'm very curious as to where the story is going :) Can't wait!

Developer

Thanks! We're hoping to get it done this week.

Submitted(+2)

Oh no! I really loved it - the art, the music, the characters, everything suits my tastes. I'm glad you published this instead of going "it's unfinished, we won't release" because you earned a new follower!

Developer

Thanks! I haven't had time to play and rate any of the other games yet, but I will soon and I'll definitely check out yours (one of the other team members played it, though).

I'm also looking forward to The Will of Arthur Flabbington!

What's here is great,  excited to try out the first two Ines and uncle Lee before playing the finished third. I can imagine trying to churn out animations of such high quality within two weeks would be crazy, good stuff!

Developer

Thanks! We didn't fully start working on the assets until the second week, so it was even crazier!

Submitted(+2)

Shame you didn't finish in time, this looks so great, with amazing animations and such a beautiful art-style! I will definitely come back once it's ready!

Two things I would like to for wish for though: click to advance dialogue lines and full screen. This would make me an incredibly happy adventurer!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks! The worst part is that we thought we were going to make it, up until the last couple of hours.

Right now text is skippable using the keyboard (by pressing ".").  I'm not a fan of skipping with the mouse in a point and click game because it's easy to click by mistake (since the whole game involves clicking) and skipping stuff, but I can make it an option in the final version of the game.

Full screen I just completely forgot to bind to a key, I will fix that!

Submitted

Ah, I must have missed the skip with "." that's absolutely fine if it's a conscious decision! He, yeah, I also forgot to make my game "full screen" ready from the browser, but it really is just a click.

Even though the game is not finished, what is there is great! The art looks great and the animations are charming. The music is also good.

I think this can turn into a really great game once you finish it. I might check out the other games in the series later!

Developer

Thank you!

I loved how your music seamlessly transitioned when you time traveled, that was really impressive. The art and animations where extremely well done! I liked the look of your font and understand why you choose it, but it was a little hard to read (The font I used in my game has the same issue). Even incomplete this is an awesome submission!

Developer

Thank you! That's a good point about the font. In the future I should add an option to change the font to a high resolution one for accessibility. Unfortunately I cannot easily change it in the current game because of the way it's coded (the bitmap font is drawn to the game canvas which is then rescaled)

I know this is unfinished, but I love so much about it!! Really great atmosphere and what's here plays very well.

Developer

Thanks!
