Track description | Creative process
I listened to the game's soundtrack for about half an hour, and after thinking long and hard about what to do, I sat at the piano, improvised something, and kept adding and adding. Then I realized that by keeping simplicity as the core of the piece, I would really get closer to the typical sound of Nintendo soundtracks. And there it was, by stripping the project down to its essentials, I managed to achieve what I wanted.
