Track description | Creative process
I tried to imagine a sunset scene, with people coming back home and preparing dinner on their favorite island!
The idea was mixing acoustic instruments and chiptune sounds, to create a funny and goofy effect typical of Animal Crossing, without distracting too much the players while they enjoy the game.
I hope it works, have fun!

Great job here! This definitely fits the theme well and the instruments are clean and not overbearing. Maybe just a touch too much on the drums, but that's a small note compared to an otherwise very well done composition. I really enjoyed it!

This track has a good "walking around outside at night from a long fun day, with the sky dimming, lampposts on, villagers ready to head back home" kind of vibe. Long description but I just mean to say you paint the 8pm scene really well with this track. Great work, very chill and pretty c:

So nice! Fits the chill/uplifting vibe very well, but not at all repetitive, which can be difficult imo. I like the theme you picked, which feels like a natural addition to the game. The chiptune too, definitely hitting nintendo for me :)

Very nice and solid entry ! The AC vibes are definitely there, congrats on that ! The melody is catchy and the song hits the right spot ! Maybe the drum section (or just the kick idk) is a little loud for the vibe you're going for, and the low freq feel a bit muddy (because of the breath of the kick I think), but its a super cool entry nevertheless!

It's really good, love the mix of different instruments, it feels like it could be in the game.
I'm not sure I could hear the main theme anywhere, but other than that nitpick, everything is pretty much perfect.
Also just after listening, it went to Time To Sleep, and gosh it's so beautiful!!!

I was a bit lost here while listening to the original soundtrack, but in the end I had so many musical ideas without enough time to develop them like I wanted, that's why I prefered to go with my own theme here, but I hope to manage my time better for the next competition.
One thing for sure, your approach to this work is an inspiration for me, so I'll try to do something similar next time!

The sound quality is great. The guitar tone matches the digital island-type feel. The piano was nice as well, matching a Nintendo vibe. Very good :)
