Track description | Creative process
I intended to make something like an HD remake of Earthbound. Guitarwork was all done by me on Bass, and organs were Serum. Effects are from Ableton, which is also the DAW I used.

The immersive version, only thing detracting is a little murky could be sharper but super strong on rhythm complexity and the effects really draw a person into feeling the bustle of a shop with other people randomly jabbering and walking around. High marks for credibility and composition. Excellent!
mmm such warm and fuzzy textures... the mood and feel would make this one an great contender for a shopping theme! i will mention that the mix is a little heavy on the bottom end w the noise, and the keys do sound a little muddy. the effect works really well when you have the sfx of the bustle and people checking out, but the lack of brightness and clarity in the chords made a bit difficult to track the harmony. good work!
I like the sounds you used, it definitly creates a nice atmosphere ! Would love to hear this track developped with more melodic parts ! Good job on this one , well done !
When I opened the track and listened I thought this would be a fitting piece in some kind of remake or remix of Earthbound, or like a fanmade spiritual successor. Then I saw your Creative Process notes and i was happy to see that's kind of what you were going for. I think you did a good job of making it your own, but I would have loved to hear another section or maybe something to change it up a little, since Earthbound is so strange and wacky.
The "shop" part of the jam really call for something like this but I don't think such a conventional, almost corporate sounding piece fits earthbound. It lacks funkyness or a surprise element, some contrast etc..
Some cool pads and folly sounds going on and interesting lo-fi vibe, though I felt the shakers were a little too loud.
I recommend to play a little with panning. Everything feels like is cramped in one space. The shaker is taking all the attention, I would lower it and move it to the right or make a ping pong between left and right each time it plays.
Is just suggestions, is good as a background song and I like you tried to give some ambience with the sound of people and the beep of a register
