Very fast, but definitely wants some sound!

kiwi ship was very cute, this could become a pretty good bullet hell game when it's fleshed out more!

Great start! What’s there is really solid.

The AppImage build didn't work for me, just displayed a window with a love2d backtrace. However, installing love2d and running the .love file worked fine. Obviously very incomplete, but looks like you got the basics in place to make a good shooter for the next jam!

Developer

Huh, that's weird.  Do you mind posting a screenshot of the backtrace or such?

Wow, I’m super impressed with how good the game plays considering how simple it is, it feels really smooth.

Would love to see a high energy soundtrack and some additional enemy patterns to really get the palms sweaty.

Very Pretty! I like the mobility and the fact you go faster diagonally than axially.

To get the HTML5 target working

  1. Set the “Kind of Project” to HTML5

If it gives you an error when booting check the browser console. After the Jam I (when you can make changes to the submission) can give you a hand getting it running.

Woohoo, it works!  Thank you so much for the guide.

Really incomplete, as it says on the page, but the base for a bullet hell game is there. The bullet patters seem well done enough, there are a few sprites. Hardly anything else, hopefully as it says on the page the game will be improved later and be a complete good bullet hell game.

So, I haven’t played this yet, but if you have a .zip that contains an index.html for running this, should be able to mark it as such on itch.io?

Developer

Heyyyy, you're right.  Thanks!  I need to make the game handle different resolutions before that will work, apparently.
