The dialouge and music was so charming. Didnt expect such a fun loop, got stuck playing it for awhile huehue.

Music was a blessing given to me by @Bosil, go sub to him or smtn. It would have been SO empty without music.

I'm a really big fan of the visuals and the color palette used here. It's moody yet vibrant where it needs to be.

I'm still shocked you made yours in 10 days, truly amazing people on this jam

One of the best ones I've played so far. Really good job. Was disapointed when the god of hands picked me up, I was just getting op and I thought it would keep going. Well done!

Developer

I was planning an endless mode, but ran out of time (7 am when i was finishing the itch page), although your pc likely wouldn't handle the insanely unoptimized kunai trails

fast, smooth, and fun! great game i had a lot of fun playing this and would want to see more ! GG

Developer

Smooth was definitely one thing I wanted it to be, glad I hit the nail on that

This is INSANELY good. Feels and plays so smoothly. Congrats to the team!

Developer

Congrats to you for playing the game :)

Can't stress how much I love the premise of this game; as soon as I looked up and saw a giant hand plopping me onto a platform, I was in. The hands were so expressive too, I got more personality from their gestures than some fully voice acted and animated characters. Gameplay was fluid and building power was fun, though I wished there were some intermittent checkpoints. Stacking death explosions ended up being my favorite style, fun to see enemies go boom and tons of projectiles go flying.

Developer (1 edit)

Glad you liked it! The state in which the code is in would make it miserable to add checkpoints, so I just focused on other stuff, sorry(

Just WOW. This is so well-polished. It's incredible to me that this was made for a game jam.

Would love to see a full version of this in the future!

I can never get a project done outside of game jams, but i'll see what i can do (appreciate the kind words)

This is STUPIDLY well polished. Probably my favorite game of the jam so far, I could easily see a full release of this doing numbers

Developer(+1)

i was playing around with animations and such, thats why this game has more polish than actual gameplay lol

Favorite game of the jam so far,  it deserves to be #1. Evocative visuals, tight gameplay, witty writing. I'd love to play a full release someday.

Developer(+1)

thanks, glad you liked it!

Love the idea. But, I suck at it. Keep getting mauled by the enemies in the second wave. I think it could be a skill issue on my part, but the game is great, keep the good work.

Developer(+1)

there is an easy mode in the settings that would make the game relatively less punishing, im glad you enjoyed it!

very cool. I see some devil daggers influence?

Developer

some of it, i was more fascinated by the idea of a single dagger bouncing around everywhere, and powers to make it even more ridiculous. Then i realized the trail on the daggers contributed to 90% of physics calculations so i had to soften it up a little.
