Love the Visual and Sounds. Feels satisfying pushing those bots off the edges 😁

pretty awesome!! i really like the music and the shooting is satisfying!

+ Liked the art style
+ Pretty fun to play

- If the mouse is only for firing, it would be better without it and bind the fire to the keyboard. Alternatively make the gun face the mouse so the player can shoot on an angle

Developer(+1)

Yes I was thinking about binding the shoot to the keyboard, in an update it is a strong possibility.

Did you check your browser volume? There seem to have been noone else with this issue so it would be great if you could check volume settings and try again!! we worked really hard on the sound and it really adds to the game!!

Satisfying controls! Love the retro style and the simple gameplay. I can see it being polished to a more complete game with vertical aiming.

The controls are very tight, and shooting enemies off the platform is very satisfying! "The lower your altitude the more robots there are" is a very clever way of tying the wave system to the theme ;)

The screenshake was a little bit too much, but I really enjoyed knocking those robots off my ship :)

Developer

haha never enough screenshake

Really cool idea! And the controls feel very tight ;) I was thinking the game was a little too easy, but the boss fight came and it was really close! Great entry, everything looks and feels very polished. Very polished experience!

this is a realy good game i love it!

This game is really cool, but I see a few issues with it: 1. The flying enemies feel like they don't really add much, and are far too different to the other enemies. 2. You can't shoot up, which further downgrades the flying enemies. They are too hard to hit.  Good fun for a couple of rounds. I like it, but it could have had better design.

Developer

The point of the flying enemies is indeed to feel different! They encourage the player to move around to bait them down to the players shooting level. Shooting up would negate that purpose. The flying enemies are simply there to add variation and keep the few rounds you play challenging yet interesting and I am quite fond of them so i will be keeping them in the game :) . Thank you for the feedback nonetheless.

Okay, well this all just my personal opinion. Don't worry, I still like the game. :)

Thank you much appreciated!

This game is great, it's small, it's simple but it' really cool.Graphics are beautiful, music is great and gameplay is simple and relaxing.

I like how you took a basic arcade-style gameplay loop and neatly contextualised it with the intro and theming. The controls are responsive, everything's very clear, and I like how quickly the challenge ramps up. A very polished little experience. Good job
