This game really shows how a game can be good even with minimal artwork!

Hey Icoso, found your game via the LTGD discord, really cool. I am making a video where I play games from the jam, would you like to be featured?

Hehe, thanks heaps! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I did experiment with some wall-jumping, and maybe I'll put it in another game of mine! Thank you! :D

great job buddy. I loved it. So simple yet so clean and polished. You already have my scores :)

Thanks heaps, man! I really appreciate the response! :D

no worries. The controls were so tight it was a please to play. I've used your game as an example in other comments to people who have made simple platformers with lesser controls just show them what is possible.

Aww wowww thank you! I feel so honoured, haha! Thanks heaps, I really do appreciate it! Hope you're doing well! :D

Nice game althought I do not agree with the interpertetion at all. We just got less in a good way we haven't got anything more. What I mean is that low res pixelart can be interperted as something the designer never thought of, but a cube will remain a cube forever.

Here and my screenshot.

ooh, that’s just barely faster than my best time (mine is 3:56)

Thank you for the comment, it's really helpful to think about! :D

Fascinating!

- Well, the art is minimalistic, but fancy. Love those little particles a lot, it makes my eyes sparkle
- Sound and music - mmmmmmmmeditative (absolutely like)
- Game design - fabulous. I really like how the game explains how 2 play without even explaining. It lets you fool around each time when it gives you a new mechanic (obstacle), but few rooms later it becomes a real challenge for you.
- Another feature - it's re-playable. It suits for casual gamers like me, but also for rage ones, who love to compete, so they can compare their time results - cool!

- Hm, I'm not 100% agreed with "less is more" theme, tho I must say it's a creative way to follow this theme. Anyway, you got my 5 stars :3

Thank you very much for this incredible feedback! I'm really glad you enjoyed playing the game (even if it didn't 100% fit with the theme xD)

Thank you so much for leaving these great details and comments, it really does go a long way! Thank you heaps for playing! :D

Wow! I'm a real fan of this one, I love how the theme isn't tied in mechanically but as a game developer lesson. That good graphics doesn't have to be pretty sprite art, but it can be minimal and still look good! I also love every new gimmick is shown in a safe area and it gets expanded on in the next screen.

The controls are also very tight. Great job on this one.

Developer

Thank you very much for picking up on all of those functionalities I put in place for my game, I'm glad it payed off! Thanks heaps for playing it and leaving such great feedback, I really appreciate it! :D

Alright this is crazy tight! I went for a similar thing (cube platformer with tight controls) but mine doesn't even compare. You really delivered on this one, I'd be very surprised if this didn't reach the top! I like the visuals, the little details, but definitely the selling point (for me) is the tight control.

Developer

Thank you so much for the positive feedback, I really appreciate it! I'm sure your game is incredible, and I'll be playing through it soon! Thank you very much, though, this feedback really made my day! :D
