Game's Take on the Theme
A boss that does spin attacks (the player was supposed to be a spinning top but I had trouble programming it so I settled with a normal guy)

Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
For this prototype, most of the focus was on gameplay mechanics and I leveraged existing assets for efficiency

I like the idea and take on the theme and the art was really well done. If you get far enough from the boss though and spam space bar fast enough you melt the health bar. Minor tweaks to the movement and the camera transition in the beginning and I think you'll have a solid project. Good job!

I like the look and feel of this, bullets are avoidable and boss is cool, I rate graphics over the rest but all is fine for me, also if you can please rate my game too, thanks!!

Promising boss abilities. I like to dodge these projectiles.

But there is no sound for me, spin attack is to easy to avoid, over all just simply run away, make quick turn, shot and continue and the boss is dead. 

I meet here only one boss.

The sound issue is something I’ll look into—thanks for pointing that out. I’ll also tweak the spin attack to make it harder to avoid and adjust the boss fight to prevent the ‘run, turn, shoot’ strategy from being too effective.

Since this is a prototype, there’s only one boss for now, but I’d love to expand on it in the future! Appreciate your thoughts! 😊
