boss is well telegraphed but the invincibility during the lazer attack feels unnecessary, you are just waiting for the boss to finish shooting so you can do something
the mode change felt a bit unnecessary since it didn't differ enough from the frog mod, or rather the frog mode feels unjustified when crow mode has all and more (apparently at least)
cool visuals and sounds
also when presenting the controls to the player a more organised view would be better
I think the game is hard but its possible to be beaten, the music is nice too, also the game mechanics feel solid, I rate visuals mechanics and music over the rest but all is good really, if you have time please check my game, thanks!
i couldnt find a use for crow mode and couldnt tell whether gliding was working. i couldnt beat the eye fight as certain attacks seemed impossible to avoid. much of the fight is passively waiting for openings and i wish i was able to shoot the eye while its firing lasers. the fight music is pretty nice though
I know it is just a demo but I still think this game has potential. I suggest improving the character movement and improving the boss attacks as right now they are pretty repetitive. also there was no way to see how much health the boss had left.
