Game's Take on the Theme
Inspired by the theme, I created a simple combat game where the match is determined by spinning four roulette wheels. Each one defines an aspect of the game, namely: the player's power, the type of enemy, the match duration, and the objective.
Did your team make the majority of the art and music during the jam?
The drawings and animations were my own creations. I sourced the songs and sound effects from free-license content and mentioned them in the credits on the page.

Thanks, Iβd appreciate it if you could rate it too!
The idea of randomizing several elements of the boss is interesting! But I think itβs a bit of a shame that you can spin invalid combinations :c
I find the game a bit hard, but I think the problem lies between my chair and my keyboard :x
Thanks for the feedback! About the controls, I'll do better next time ;)
Its a clever usage of the roulettte, I like how its done and how we have to think more to play this, its really nice, the graphics are cool as well, I rate fun and graphics on top but all is great, also if you have time, please rate my game too, thanks!!
Thank you for your comment! I'm happy with the review!
Really cool game, great idea! The minimalist visuals combined with energetic music create a very strong first impression. I love the concept, and while it's clear that not everything was fully implemented, it still turned out great. Excellent work!
Thank you very much for your feedback! I loved participating in this jam! There were many discoveries (from how to use an engine to create games to pixelArt drawings)
Implementation is unique.
Thank you! I loved participating in this Jam.
i think the idea was very good! Congrats on working on your first jam i hope you keep on making more games
Here's some critiques for your next time
- If you're working on a jam alone its a good thing to have a short scope that you can easily work from, and build your ideas from there (for example maybe starting with one roulette was better). Its easier to build on top of something well done than trying to grasp complex mechanics at the start!
When working on a game its better to have peers that can help you in areas you might not be proficient yet, but if you do want to learn all the ways of game making i sugest learning the fundamentals of each area one of a time!
Keep up the good work!
Thank you very much for your comment! Tips noted! I loved participating in this challenge. There were many discoveries! Thanks for the advice!
