Game's Take on the Theme
as Spin theme. Boss featured spining shoot pattern and 4 weakpoints that orbit around center. Player shield changing animation also spining the ship.

I like the fact of changing the shields to avoid these bullets, its really good mechanic and not often explored, some shmups have done a bit of this, your system is refreching, I hope you can continue working on this after the jam, I rate mechanics and graphics over the rest, but I like the whole game, if you have time check my game please, thanks!

An interesting prototype that with more time could have shaped into something really good. 

The shifting between shield states to protect against bullets of the same colour is a good starting concept.

More attack patterns other than the orbs just orbiting the core, more polish, actual death and win screens, and it could really shine.


For only 1 hour a day its a good effort, and as I said whilst this is by no means a game it is by all means a prototype that could, given more time and development, become one.
