How does your game fit the theme?
There are lots of doors. I wonder what´s behind them

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code but used free assets for sound effects and art. Also I made the music myself.

It's a fun idea,  but the boss killed me easily haha, maybe if the hits of the boss are better telegraphed it would be easier to fight him.

Developer

Boss fight is totally unbalanced, wished I had the time to polish it more. Thanks for playing and your comment!

I was not at all sure if I was hitting the boss-character. Some kind of damage feedback would be nice?

I didn't know if this was going to be a horror game or not but it was not too spooky for me :D

Reminded me of the Stanley Parable.

Mostly it's about the randomness of getting the right items and defeating the boss at the end. Didn't have the time to add proper sounds to the fight, completely agree there. I added a bit of horror at the end but it's kind of sloppy I guess. Anyway thanks for playing!

Music/sound overall is really good! It’s pretty fun, I’d love to see what you could do with a longer dev time!

Developer

Thank you so much! That makes me very happy, I composed the music myself :)

The graphics are really pretty! It would have been cool if there was some sort of technique of knowing the right door, maybe a slight hint or puzzle or something. Right now it seems to just be a random guess

Will keep it in mind for future improvements! It is totally random you're right. I was inspired by the Slay the Spire system, where you choose a room and sometimes don't know what you're getting, but even there most of the rooms you have a hint of what type of challenge you're getting into. In my case they all are interrogation rooms! Implementing those hints or type of rooms and polishing the combat system would be my first improvements. Anyway thanks for playing and your comment!
