Really fun to try and figure out how to place the buildings to get the most points. I didn't get it my first try but I was ready to win on my second try.

Very original game! Quite an interesting puzzle and not an easy one. It's a bit hard to plan ahead, beause of the variety of cards, but I still enjoyed it and won at my second try. Good job for the gamejam 🎉👏!

Thanks for playing and the feedback! Nice to see your city  :)

Your game has nice artwork! Unfortunately can't play it as I don't have Windows. If you make a Web or Mac build sometime I'll be happy to check it out. All the best!

Love the design! Very polished and well made! Didn't realize the starting terrains had effects. Was confused why certain things were happening.

After the first playthrough and seeing all the cards, I did a second run where I tried to plan ahead for certain cards, but it was impossible because there was so much variety. The balance feels extremely tight, very solid experience

Nice game!

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah the terrain effects can be easily missed. Will put that into a tutorial. Glad you liked the game.

I think just the tooltip delay was too long. If the tooltip showed instantly it would be fine

Also I'd like to play your game, but can't right now as I don't have a Windows machine. If you happen to make a Web or Mac build sometime I'd be happy to check it out.

Good interactions between cards and environment, had a lot of fun with this.  You can watch my experience here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2258462449?t=00h00m19s

Nice watching you play my game :) Thanks!

Regarding "nearby", I had included it in the "How to Play" on the web page. Will include it in a tutorial in future versions.

Really cool, original concept for a card game! I just wish I could do some deck building, choose which cards to get, though that might not work in a short game like this. One gripe I had was that cards were clickable/selectable when the couldn't be used (when the game was about to draw new cards, which took a while). I would often select a card and try to place it.

Developer(+1)

Yeah there's no deck-building run as such. Limited selection of cards is possible in some cases. Will give it some thought.

Agreed the cards should not be clickable in that case. Will improve it in future versions.

Thanks for playing and your feedback!

Woah I love this kind of game, the visual also good, interesting mechanics. Kinda require me sometimes to understand the card instruction. Did the terrain has any effect?

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah the terrain has effects as well. You can view them by hovering over the terrain cells. Will put that into a tutorial.
