How does your game fit the theme?
This is a horror game that revolves around the theme of thunderstorms and it has gameplay implications too. For example, every time thunder strikes, the ghost changes positions and reveals itself. Also, players will have to calm themselves down after every thunder strike because they have a heart condition.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
This game was made by 3 people. Me (SwanBedBug), Mangalan and Hrasek. All the code was done by us. However, a lot of the assets such as character, static meshes, props, objects, sound effects and music were acquired from sources such as epic marketplace, freesound.org, sketchfab, quixel bridge, etc. Credits have been provided in game.

A bit annoying the enemies, they can spawn right where you are and die.. Other than that, a pretty chill game.

Thanks for the feedback!
Really nice graphics!
Thank you!
Great game, I really liked animations on ghost when it was crawling. Also great atmosphere it kinda reminds on Outlas. Nice!!!
Thank you so much!
Great game! The atmosphere and the graphics of the game was done very well to make it scary, there was a few lighting issues but overall very good game :D
Thank you so much! I had a lot of fun with Phantom wings the colour mechanic was really cool.
The visuals are very well done especially for a game jam game! I played it on low setting because everything else made my laptop lag. Either way very atmospheric but I got a bit frustrated when the ghoul attacks and I don't even notice it half the time and that ends the game.
Thank you! Yeah we realized that in low settings the gameplay gets affected because the house gets too bright and the ghost becomes barely visible. Next time we'll optimize our games better!
Amazing game!
Thank You! :)
Man am I terrible at horror games. That, or the game was just very difficult. Probably the latter. This was a pretty good and pretty scary experience. You've done well with the lighting and the mechanic of the monster hopping around randomly when lightning strikes. More than once I was searching through a room only to have him pop up right in front of me, eliciting some very embarrassing reactions as I quickly scrambled out of the rooms.
Things I can complain about being thusly:
-The flashlight runs through power a bit too quickly, many runs I had to intentionally die and restart as I was wholly unable to effectively navigate once I ran out of batteries.
-The camera's motion smoothing made controlling the character very tedious and difficult. That would not be much of an issue if most of the things you interact with weren't tiny objects like keys or batteries... but they are, and their collision boxes are quite unforgiving.
Other than that the game was quite alright. Your team did a good job making a full-fledged indie horror game. The type of thing I would see in a video by Markiplier or some other gaming youtuber.
Well done.
Wow this was a very extensive review! Thank you so much! Your feedback is super valuable to us
